Great stay!
-
I went to a weeding and fall asleep around 4 am and today July 6th I got wake up around 8am Because they started to use hammer and work in the room above mine... If they need to do remodalation they should keep at least one floor to avoid disturb the people who is sleeping and it was the whole day, I recorded a few videos but I don't have the option to upload that here

I really enjoyed my stay here rooms were clean bed was soft staff was extremely helpful and housekeeping staff room did not smell of old very clean sent
-
Good but the property needs revamping because some stuffs look old.
-
Construction is on which means dust, noise and smells. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

I have stayed at this property in the past and I understand doing renovations (which were not the issue) however the room I had there was so much dust behind the tv in the pull out stand, tells me this hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The beds felt like two twins overly padded to come off as bigger and they were very lumpy. No microwave or fridge which even the lesser brand hotels offer . Hopefully after the renovation things get better. But probably will not stay again.

Great location!

Bar Staff was also welcoming and accommodating!
-
The location was what I needed. The peeling wall paper and moldy wall, garbage dumpsters from renovations in parking lot was a mess to look at, noise from freeway traffic was challenging, and hair on bathroom ceiling, carpets in hallway were torn, and hallways were very run down. Overall felt well worn down and in big need of the reno.

There is a small parking lot in front with mediocre lighting. It fills very fast. Everyone else must park on the side, in total darkness. No lighting. It does not feel safe.

It was very nice, it will be even better once remodeling is complete

Also you could always hear the highway.

OMG, the 1980s called and wants their furniture back. This place had an ARMOIRE with POCKET DOORS!! The sofa was also about a hundred years old. Pretty clear they haven’t spent a cent on guest room furniture since the Reagan administration. Props to the bed tho, it was sort of comfortable

When traveling out of town for a few days we like to bring snacks and drinks. The rooms do not have microwaves or refrigerators in them. There is a microwave you can use but there's only 1 downstairs in the lobby area. We wasted food due to no refrigerator for leftovers. The bed was comfortable the pillows were very big but soft. Breakfast is not worth the price as its comparable to other hotel breakfasts for free nothing special there. Staff was friendly, except for checking in when they kept questioning my service dog. Mind you she was very well behaved did not bark, people coming and going and she sat right next to me. She also had her vest on. They kept saying they do not accept pets due to the construction and that it was for my protection. Told them online said they were service animal friendly and that I even called and talked to someone about her and made notes on my reservation.

I was surprised that I had to pay for a breakfast when lesser Hilton Hotels provide one free.
-
The hotel is in poor condition and should be closed during renovations!
-
Old, damp, plumbing issues, unreliable staff
-
The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The AC was a bit loud, as for the common areas, they are renovating.
