Great staff!

Horrible. Dirty room. Elevators did not work.

Worst hotel ive stayed at in a while. Pee was crusted on my toilet seat when we arrived. My room flooded. And they gave me a breakfast voucher for 2 people when 3 of us were affected. Asked for another one and was told they can only ever do 2. Our clothes got soaked and I got moved to a room right next to the elevator so I heard that all night. Asked to speak to a manager and the lady at the front desk said that was impossible, and would not give me a real way to contact one. For how much I was charged for my stay the hotel was pretty run down never again would I stay here or recommend it to anyone. They also charge 15 dollars for breakfast which was just some powdered eggs and frozen sausages.

I went down to the front desk to discuss these issues. I tried to take the stairs, but the stairwell was filled with trash and smelled bad. Also, the stairwell went outside and did not lead to the lobby. After a long wait, I took the elevator to the lobby and was informed there was nothing they could do about the TV. I then asked about breakfast and the clerk said, "Oh yes, you paid for breakfast" and gave me a voucher. I asked if the bar was still open and was told to "hurry up before they close." I requested a complimentary drink to compensate for all the problems, and he said "Probably not, I'll have to check with my manager"! Never mind! Breakfast was fantastic. The food was excellent and the staff was great. Definitely the highlight of our stay (really glad I fought for the voucher!). We will not be staying there again.

Staff was very friendly

The Hotel was nice and clean but sadly the service wasn’t great. We asked for a couple towels, never got them. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty, we asked for it to be refilled, never happened. These aren’t giant issues but as always it’s the small things that count. I don’t want to come off as totally negative because in general the stay was fine.

Lost my pajamas pants cause I think housekeeping took them by mistake with the towels in the bathroom and ask the associate in morning but no answer back yet🙁

The hotel is clean and nice but the room amenities are a bit dated. We also had an issue with the front desk when checking in - but nothing catastrophic.

Updated TV. I feel for the price the TV should be able to stream.

Great location, nice clean room, good amenities. Front desk staff was selectively nice to guests. Unfortunately we didn’t get the best treatment, compared to the guests before and after us.

Elevator buttons don’t work. Looks run down and needs a tear down and refresh.

Ice machine on the 8th floor didn't work

Our suite was clean but the curtains were ripped and our air conditioning didn't work in our room. I informed the front desk they sent mantanice to fix the one in the living room but our bedroom still wasn't working properly.

Our room was clean. Parking was free and we were able to get a last-minute reservation. The staff was very friendly.

Quiet rooms Nice swimming pool A frugal breakfast is provided. On one occasion, we even ventured to a different establishment for a pleasant breakfast, despite having numerous vouchers. We stayed for four nights, but the room was only cleaned once. They offered us a room in a lower category at a price that was less than half of what we had paid for a junior suite. We had a modest meal there one day, but the prices were quite high for the quality of the food we received. It is evident that the rooms and facilities in general are showing signs of wear and tear.
