Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Naperville

The property is showing it's age and lack of maintenance plan. I've traditionally stayed here at least once per year while traveling for work and chose to stay with family this time for a tournament. Increasingly Hilton is unwilling to help those of us who use this site when last minute changes occur. This was probably my last stay here with many other options nearby

The facility and location are great, but they are clearly short staffed. We waited in line for a while to check in, and the room was clean but shampoo and conditioner hadn’t been restocked. They were out of cups for the lobby water cooler, and the fitness room was out of water. My mom’s room was 45 min late getting prepared for them, and they got a bogus TV damage charge when they never even used the TV at all. We’d probably choose to stay elsewhere next time.

It was just okay things were pretty outdated in the rooms carpet was dirty so was the couch I expected things to be more up to date

Free breakfast wasn't like other hotel breakfasts, this was far superior. Eggs made to order. Dining was situated where you had some privacy while you ate w/o looking into the faces of disheveled people at the table across from you. One thing bothered me--the toilet paper was feeding from the bottom instead of over the top. That's insane. Fortunately, I was able to just turn it around.

As always Embassy Suites delivered a great stay!

Breakfast Dirty toilet, ripped curtains , lack of bedding ,dirty corridors, some rude staff, shreddie in the sofa bed, water in the lift, no shower gel. Based on my first stay at a hotel we use for our visiting customers I will be changing this from now on as the standard is not good enough.

Breakfast was fantastic.

I thought the staff was great. Very nice and helpful. Room was a little beat up. Bathroom sink drained extremely slow and that was a little annoying. Also the cleaning staff clearly doesn't clean under the sofa. If you have to use the sofa bed be prepared for the worst sleep of your life. The room definitely could have been cleaner. They should have someone double check the housekeeping. They are doing bare minimum as far as cleaning in my opinion.

Breakfast was excellent with fresh omelettes. Staff however refused to change the room because we booked through a 3rd party (Expedia), which we’ve never experienced before.

Room was not clean There was a waiting period of 60 minutes for my requested room. Trash was not removed I will not be returning to this hotel I checked out a day early.

The property was advertised as “premium .” It was anything but. The staff was unresponsive & not helpful at all.

Cozy Cleaners should put more effort cleaning the rooms, you dont expect normally to find other guest belongings behind night stand and when paying 300 per night you dont expect shower head filter to be out of the lifespan spraying water all over the place but not where it should be. Sofa springs creaks and armchair looks like been sprayed with all sort of drinks. Doors creaks. Dust everywhere. Its kind a shame of all Hilton family i as diamond hilton guest been to.
