Holiday Inn Express Naperville by IHG

Rooms were large and very clean. Convenient location. Pool hours are not convenient for travelers. Hot breakfast items are excellent with a variety of choices. Parking was simple and plentiful. Secured building with plenty of surveillance.

We walked into our room to find tags cut off new clothing on the floor and a quarter. Minimal channels on the television. Few breakfast choices. No hot tub.

Everything was great!

We only spent one night, so we didn't use the pool or amenities. We had 2 nice rooms and they were near each other, which was nice. The room was very clean; the bed was super comfortable and the bedding felt nice. We did have a slight billing issue, but the manager took care of it right away. Breakfast was very good! We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Naperville.

While the front desk was nice, this hotel is incredibly dirty. First room smelled like mildew and the next was covered in dust. The bathroom wasn't well kept either. Just an overall dirty hotel. While I was refunded, it just is insanely dated even after their "remodel". Go stay elsewhere.

The hotel was great. The staff was very friendly, everything was clean, and the price was very reasonable. Overall, I had a good experience. If you’re looking for a clean hotel with friendly staff at an affordable price, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Clean, quick check-in, nice lobby and breakfast.

Hotel wasn't clean to my expectations. There was a plumbing odor. The halls hadn't been vacuumed. The elevator hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. The fitness center hadn't been mopped nor the bathroom floor of our room. There were red stains on the carpet. The fridge was dirty. There was hair around the bathroom shower and all the walls were dirty. The fire alarm went off at 2am and everyone had to go outside. The firemen couldn't determine what set off the alarm. The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast was good. The hotel was quiet and peaceful overall.
