Hampton Inn Chicago/Naperville

Staff was professional & kind. Breakfast was good, but could benefit from additional food options.

Exceptional

Very nice hotel and room, but the staff were not friendly at all, and did not greet me in a friendly manner, there was no one at the desk. I will stay there again absolutely, what they had going on didn't have anything to do with me.

Kind people, excellent service

Nice location and easily accessible

We loved the hotel and it was a great area to stay. The only issue we had was the blanket had a blood stain on it which housekeeping immediately took care of it. The rest of the hotel room was clean. Front desk was amazing as well.

I especially liked the brightly lit bathroom and actual lamps in the room that provided great illumination. Also appreciated the sofa and footstools and the desk was next to the window. One drawback was the high shelf for the towels in the bathroom, a little hard to reach for a short person. I appreciated the narrow shelf above the bathroom sink, ideal for my toiletries. Good breakfast choices. One elevator was out of commission but wait times for remaining one were okay. Good location, nice looking exterior building and outdoor pool. I will try to return to this Hampton Inn in future Naperville visits.

Outstanding service and terrific amenities

Friendly staff, clean room, convenient parking, great location

We stayed several days while visiting family. The hotel was clean, beds comfortable, and the hot water plentiful. The morning breakfast was good with eggs, protein, breads, waffles, and yogurt and fresh fruit. Coffee was excellent. We would stay again and highly recommend.

In this last visit, I was a little disappointed with the receptionist’s attitude over the phone. I was planning to check in way past the check in time. I called to have them hold my room and the receptionists made it feel like a huge inconvenience. She asked for a specific time for arrival. I felt rushed to get there on time. Once I got there I was greeted with a smile.

We often stay at the Hampton. It is a nice property for the value

The staff were outstanding. The pool needed some attention. Overall, it was a great stay.

The only thing I did not like was no housekeeping during my stay. I personally prefer my room to be refreshed daily and towels changed.

Hey are so nice and accommodating

breakfast was good asked to have 3 rooms close together, 2 of them were with connecting ability but 3rd room was down the hall/ Hallway on ground floor where our rooms were smelled awful! Like someone vomitted. they shampooed it but it still lingered. Floors of one room were always damp not just by AC unit but throughout the whole room.

Nice stay while visiting family in the Chicago area.
