Good value. Attentive staff.

Was not very happy. We arrrived for Lollapalooza weekend for 1 night. Promised a microwave but there was not a microwave, outlets not working, hair dryer not working either. Will be reaching out to the hotel. We bought frozen food for when we got back to eat late at night and since there was no microwave in the room, we had to throw away our frozen food because it would’ve been sitting in a hot car all day

The room smell really bad, dirty, the lobby on Sunday is closed and no information how to check out.
-

-

-
Rent and location Staff behaviour and the internet connection
-
Room was dirty and outdated. We got nonsmoking room but it was full of smoke smell. Room, appliances, furniture were all outdated. We don’t even spend 30 mins in the room and left. Nothing

Everything we to satisfaction.

Very good

Staff is great You have to pay for pots and pans cops were there 4 out of my 6 nights there. You have to take your own trash out which I’ve never heard of in a hotel. There was only one set of towels in my room. They say quiet hours after 10 this is not true there was noise all night. Besides that everything was ok
-
I didn’t like anything!! Literally everything. The staff was talking about each other. The whole hotel was dark and had a bad smell. They had towels on the floor as soon as I walked in the hotel lobby. It was a hole in the carpet in my room. I didn’t feel like I wanted to sleep there but had no choice. 0/10

The only thing I liked about the property was the location it was in Naperville so I expected top experience I have never been to a facility that has bars over the front desk does not offer ice or you cannot get an extra set of face towels. I was not able to take a shower due to that and also there was no soap in the bathroom or shampoo.
-
Phone in room didn’t work to call front desk. No ice machine. Shower head was not functioning Outside door by room at the far end was broken. No garbage can in room and no coffee maker or cups I can say I have never stayed at a holiday inn and not had these items or functioning
-
Very clean and pleasant outside property and also inside the room very clean and comfortable the only thing there was no ironing board in the room other than that I recommend this extended stay

Bad
-
It was in a quiet area The carpet in the hallway seemed dirty

This had to be absolutely the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I had my 3 children with me and we couldn’t even take a decent shower. The lady working the desk was awful. I’ve never experienced a reaction like that regarding an inquiry of towels. We were willing to pay for the towels, as they asked, but we were abruptly cut off and told “I’m just checking these people in and nothing else”. But considering how the water was knee deep after only 2 of 4 of us showered, that was okay because we would’ve surely flooded the place. Will not be returning and if I could give zero stars, I would. I’m not beneath anything or anyone and my family and I are clean respectful people. But yal got us effed up!

and someone will come to check you in. The display board at the front door too says that. But when I go there and follow instructions I was told by customer service that they have “audit” happening and can’t help me. I had to wait one hour till 2am in car before I checked in. I wonder why was I not told this part when I called in. Best part of the hotel is it’s in a safe neighborhood and close by to our event center. Bed was comfortable and pillows were good. Worst part is the smelly corridors, older building and chipped bath tub etc. They gave barebones room, just one soap bar and one trash can. That’s all. Nothing else in kitchen too for cooking. I guess we have to fly/drive in our pots too. It served our purpose but very bad experience staying here, especially the lack of empathy for the checking in. First ever time in 25+ years I couldn’t wait to get out of a hotel.
