Motel 6 Naperville, IL

If you are looking for a room that is hands down best price in area this is it. Comfortable beds excellent water pressure and very hot water! The General Manager runs a tight ship, i would have her on my team any day, very hard worker and so is the rest of her staff. The money you save here allows you to visit more of the Awesome Fox Valley/ Naperville!!!

The room smelled strongly of mold, and the bedsheets were stained. We asked for a refund, but unfortunately, since the room was prepaid, that was not an option. We agreed to switch rooms instead. The second room was slightly better, but overall, the experience was still disappointing.

Smelled very bad like wet dog and the walls were paper thin. Next door was blasting the TV and when I requested a new room they said it was sold out but the parking lot was always completely empty.

I am giving this property 3 stars because it seems to lack proper maintenance. The floors were in poor condition, and the key never worked properly. The bedding also wasn’t made or arranged very well. The hotel does offer complimentary coffee from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., which was a nice touch.

My stay was decent I wasn't quite impressed by the housekeeping services. The room looked as if someone had just left. Cleaner rooms

Needs more maintenance

Outside, there were several bags of trash piled around the trash cans, blocking parts of the sidewalk and entryway. Other than that, the property appeared to be clean. The rooms did not include a microwave or refrigerator, which was inconvenient while traveling with kids. We only needed a quick overnight stay, so it worked for our purposes, but I wouldn’t recommend it for an extended family stay.

Never knew what they would charge. A staff member lied about lack of the TV service.

Its ok for the few hours stay and sleep. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable bed. Hallways carpets were filty and made a bad impression. For the situation of excessive costs of staying in downtown Chicago due to the worldcup 2026 and the automate exhibition that drew so many people into town, this was an affordable option.

The only thing sort of bad was that the sinks drain was broken, it was plugged and wouldn't unplug, so we used a old debit card to "pry" it open just so it would drain. The shower also didnt spray water, it was sort of light sprinkles. Otherwise, it was a great experience, and will book again sometime!

Room smelled like someone had just smoked a blunt in there and the employee at reception was quick to change my room. Saw online there was a bedbug on one of the reviews after already settling in and checked each mattress and the whole room with no sign of bed bug or bedbug activity. Hallway smelled like dogs. Overall good stay would do it again.

My room was dirty. The sinks didn’t work. The manager on site was rude, and the place itself was not clean.

The only thing I like was the parking

I wish they had refrigerators and microwaves inside the rooms. But I thought it was great for the price. The proximity to Naperville station was great. Pretty easy to get a train to chicago
