Room was filthy. Especially the floor. Hasn't been cleaned for months. Sticky and dirty. Also -- no coffee on site. No utensils at all in the kitchen (thought this was an extended stay). And the flies --- killed 24 of them. Water flow in the sink was maybe 15%.

We got there and told them we had a reservation and they told me they had no rooms and to call Expedia. Horrible place.

Nothing means nothing I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was in poor condition, with too many mosquitoes and a dirty carpet. Basic facilities were missing there was no soap, no drinking water, windows not close properly and nothing that you would normally expect in a proper hotel room. Customer service was also very rude and unhelpful. When I arrived, the reception desk was closed, and many guests were left waiting without any assistance. The overall environment did not feel safe or welcoming. Additionally, the parking lot looked more like a mechanic shop, with junk cars parked everywhere. This place does not meet basic hotel standards, and I would not recommend staying here.

I didn't stay there very unclean

The name was misleading it is a motel 6. No amenities not even soap! It wasn’t the cleanest , it had a television and the bed was ok. I won’t stay here again

Had a reservation booked and...

Nothing There were 3 separate guests plus me that were all told that the facility had overbooked all of our reservations and that we did not have a room at 9:30 on a Friday night. The clerk also indicated that this was not an isolated incident SO BE CAREFUL!!!

How about Spirit who goes to the hotel? The hotel is closed. They have like a schedule like a store. They’re open from 9 to 10. That’s ridiculous. Every hotel usually stays open late.

The staff, however, were very nice and helpful when I could find them. I tried to go to the desk about the AC unit and nobody was there or came back for about 20 minutes so I just dealt with the heat.

When you liked in it smelled like a cat sprayed. When we got to the room there wasnt a working phone and the knob for hot water in bathroom was completely off so that didn't work so we had to use the kitchen hot water. There wasnt a plate in microwave to set your food on so we had to use napkins and bags!!!!

This property had no one there to check people in and tell them that they sold their room! They gave my room away! The property was also dirty and the lady in the phone was bi help at all to me. I was stranded with no phone battery and no room. The area looked so unsafe. I would NEVER stay here

Zero I called 7 hours in advance to confirm I would be slightly late to check in and the staff assured me they would hold my reservation...I drove 7 hours from Ohio and they told me that they booked my room to someone else and could do nothing for me...and they were extremely rude about it all and told me I had to go outside to make calls and find another room...told me I was not a guest and was soliciting ...as it was raining outside....terrible facility and business

The hotel is much more worn down than last time I stayed there. Smelled like smoke in the lobby. Rooms need to be redone. Will not be staying here again unless an absolute emergency.

This facility canceled my paid in full room reservation and never called to tell me. I book the room the month before. They over book and then take over 6 weeks to refund. Stay away!

Everything is clean , no bedbugs , small deposit , great location N/A
