Econo Lodge Lithonia - Atlanta East

The staff was very unprofessional and the room had lots of mold and tears on the wall and they didn’t have a trash can in the room or no ice bucket like most hotels and they gave me a trash bag to put ice in which is unsanitary

This is a dirt cheap motel. They showed me three of their best rooms which were like two on the scale of 10 one of the rooms they had to open with the crowbar room. My head was clean when I said clean I mean it was decent the TV didn’t work.

Yes tv didn't even work and they didn't even care they have people sleeping under the stairs

I arrived to four police cars dealing with a situation at the bar next door. Interactions with the office are through a locked window on the sidewalk. The room was clean enough, though there was no inside trash bin, the floor was oddly sticky, and there was only a light sheet on the beds (no comforter). Sheets had stains, and the mattress was well worn in. Room smelled like incense and pot. Hot water and air conditioning worked (loud enough to drown out most sounds of the neighbors or outside). People coming and going most of the night.

The lady at the front desk cancel my reservation. And told me I had to rebook another one

The place was dirty. The door doesn’t close all the way. There no blanket on the bed. There is mold in the room I was in. And it looks run down

One of the nastiest places I have ever slept, stains on the towels . Luckily it was only for sleep , thus place is a dump .

Where do I begin? The property is old and unmaintained. Staff was not helpful when asked for washcloths. Shower was good but either too hot or too cold. Needs a lot of love

Horrible nasty staff even nastier room

The experience I had with Econo lodge was beyond anything that I could have ever imagined in my entire lifetime. The staff are among the worst humans I’ve ever encountered anywhere, the rooms are disgustingly awful, and I can’t even describe or find the words to express how god awful the front desk staff is. So dismissive, will blatantly ignore you, or answer you but then not fix anything. All I can say is be careful and expect worse than what you pay for I suppose.

Terrible place!!

The reservation, altho it wasn't honoured. The FD agent was rude and greedy! He tried to charge me for his mishap! Any of it!
