The lobby was very clean and welcoming, but very uncomfortable as it was hot the thermostat was set at 65 degrees but the temperature was at 83 degrees inside as well as the hallways. I booked for a king bed but was placed in a two queen and was challenged by the desk staffed when addressing the issue. The sink in the room was so clogged it took over 5 minutes to drain, body wash in the shower was completely empty, shower curtain worn and frayed, bath linens stained, shade vinyl curtain had been cut, jagged. Paid for breakfast served lukewarm and had to heat it up in the microwave. Lots of gnats in the lounge/breakfast area. Parking is paid, but where else are you going to park- no other alternatives- so paid parking is basically forced. There needs to be better signage in locating the hotel, because just follow GPS will have you turned around before you find it

A great place stay. Quiet area close to restaurants and shopping. I would stay again gladly.

Had 3 different family members have problems with their reservation.Staff said due to air condition problems we did not receive the desired accommodations . However the next night all my family members were moved to the correct room. Staff was very pleasant.

The location was near the Stonecrest mall. Convenient - Lots of nice comfy places to sit.

This was hands down the best Hilton Garden Inn we’ve ever stayed in. At check-in and beyond, Anthony went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. We ordered breakfast on our morning there, and the food was exceptional! The restaurant staff was very friendly as well. We will definitely stay there again. If you’re traveling with dogs, they are very accommodating of your furry babies too.
