Excellent Stay!!! From the time the doors opened I was greeted by the lady at the front desk. Facility was nice and clean and my room was really nice I enjoyed my stay!!!

My room was very clean when I arrived. As I was about to take a shower and noticed the tub was very slippery and I had to put a towel down inside to prevent slipping down. There was no soap dish provided so I had to put soap right on the back of the sink. There was also no towel racks in the bathroom and I had to put my washcloth over the shower rack there was a little hook on the back of the bathroomdoor. I will see three nights from Wednesday to Saturday, and there was no housekeeping, however, one of the staff did replace my towels and coffee cups when I asked for them to be replaced. Other than what’s already stated my stay was very enjoyable.!

No continental breakfast available…

The room that I stayed in 224. The air conditioning was terrible. Room was very warm had me sweating through out the night. No air conditioning in the bathroom either. I noticed on my way to my room the carpet was filthy. I picked this hotel thinking that you all live to a very high standard. I was completely wrong. Y’all have got to do better. This will be my first and last time staying here.

Clean room and the staff was friendly and helpful

I’m real big on cleanliness. I felt like I was at home.

Location was perfect. The rooms were clean. They informed of breakfast hours, which wasn’t free and area to eat was small. Parking was okay. I can’t say much about that because we only stayed overnight. Would I stay there again, probably not because we have a large family and traveling with children of different ages, it’s easier to stay in places that serves breakfast. Getting up different times and desiring different meals, having one less decision to make regarding eating just helps tremendously. Not many choices of availabilities of hotels during our travel due to the Olympics

My family and I arrived June 26th at 4:03pm and was told our two rooms weren’t available. The service lady said they did have two other rooms that were connected ready. We said that would be fine. From the time we arrived , our toilet was plugged up. In room 525. When we told the service lady she said that she would send someone up. When we returned back to our room and flushed the toilet, it overflowed. We had to go DOWNSTAIRS to use the toilet by the swimming pool all night.Next morning, a lovely young man by the name of Anthony apologized and offered to move us to two other connecting room if they couldn’t get our toilet fixed. We left early that morning to a family reunion, came back that evening and the front desk lady said, they snaked our toilet and it was fixed, went upstairs toilet overflowing. She couldn’t move us to a connecting room, because, now there weren’t any available. They apologized and Anthony gave a coupon for two adults and 1 child. The lady at the breakfast bar had me to sign the paper for my supposedly free meal and handed me a bill for $33 and some odd cents. I notice she stapled the breakfast voucher to the receipt I signed , but she still charged me. I gave her $40 and told her to keep the change. I asked when would the GM be in they said Monday morning at 7. I waited Monday morning No Gm. The young man Devin tried to help. I didn’t tell him the story of the coupon voucher, I was waiting on their GM Melissa or Missy. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Never agai

My room was not cleaned the entire stay. The sign in my bathroom said it would be cleaned every other day. Since I was there for three days I expected it to be cleaned at least once. I did see cleaning staff in the hallways and they gave me toilet paper and towels but never cleaned my room. One day the person said I wasn’t on there list. I was sure to keep the dnd sign off the door handle and no one came the second day. When I told the staff upon check out he apologized and said it was an oversight but did nothing else. This was not a good stay as garbage was overflowing in my room and the communal garbages were too small to fit anything.
