They still charged me the full amount and I had no knowledge of the pool not working until after I paid the hotel Watch out for corporate thieves

I really didn’t like the bedroom. The lock on the door kept getting stuck open. The bed was too soft or worn out on one side. No daily room service so garbage piled up.

Most of the staff was pleasant and accommodating except one. When I called the front desk to advise them of my room door being left wide open by housekeeping, the staff member did not apologize. Instead, he asked was the room tidy and was anything missing. He made it seem as though the door being left open, with all of my belongings in plain sight, wasn't a big deal if the room was cleaned and my items was still there. When I asked why was he so unconcerned he replied "just let us know if anything is missing". All other staff members were courteous but I've never received such horrible customer service like the above referenced.

Room was clean everyone was so friendly, and we truly enjoyed our stay! The bed was a little too soft for my liking, but not super uncomfortable.

Honestly it was AMAZING, we were there for 6 night and the staff members were just so helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and we felt comfortable. I would stay there again in a heart beat.

The room was beautiful. We went the third week of July. I would have appreciated a notice in regard to not having the pool available or at least a pass to a neighboring pool.
