Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lithonia/Stone Mountain

Do not book here the whole building smelled like smoke and weed. It was the worst experience I have ever had with an hotel.

The beds were very comfortable, the dryer jammed when i put the quarters in, other tgan some dry blood on my sheets had no other problems

I was charged a $50 deposit before my family was allowed to Enter. when will I get my deposit back?

Convenient location. Decently priced rooms. Outdated or lack of amenities.

I will never stay at the property again. The room was opened before I checked in and no change of sheets and the TV sucks not included the smell and how dirty a suite supposed to accommodate. That's the worst place I ever stayed at.

Smoking rooms and pet friendly I book online and when I got to hotel my reservation was completely wrong and the guy at the desk didn't want to fix it so my reservation was cancelled by the hotel then I reached out to booking com and they fixed it but it took almost 3 hours so I was very disappointed frustrated and they didn't even make it right could have gave me a free stay or something.

Exceptional

The entire hotel is in need of major repair. The carpets smell damp like mildew and the halls smell of Marijuana. There is plaster falling apart in our bathroom. Water stains from leaks on the ceiling near the bed. Smoke detector in our room was under the desk, the mini fridge leaked. The door tracks at the bottom of the elevator is dangerous, my husband tripped twice. Our entry card had to be reprogrammed every evening upon us returning. The hotel cleaning staff in poor, as we had to ask for cleaning services at the front desk, only to return and find our room had not been cleaned. As for the free Breakfast that was a joke, saran wrapped pastries. waffles, cereal, milk, apple juice and Bad Coffee. I wish I could get some sort of refund, But I won't hold my breath for that. I will just tell people who inquire NEVER to stay at the Microtel in Lithonia. GA. A major waste of money.
