The hotel itself was presentable, the staff were kind and professional and the location was safe. The only negative thing I have to say is the odor. There was a strong musty urine smell in the hallway and only the hallway. The rooms did not have the smell.

convenient access to food and 7-11. Cleaning service was not less frequent The wifi was horrible. Kitchen had no utensils. Probably can learn something how Sens furnishes and equips their rooms. The bed was not comfortable. Pillows too thin.

Booked this hotel for my father's business trip. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. His stay was smooth and comfortable. The rooms were very clean.

Nothing A lot, The cobwebs, dirty ice trays, hard bed, flat pillows, nothing but junk food for breakfast. No fruit. No coffee in room.

It’d be nice to have hard boiled eggs for a continental breakfast because my daughter has a dairy allergy and cannot have yogurt
