This hotel was very nasty! It needs an inspection!! The hallway carpet was filthy!! Lamp was broken and the other lamp didn’t work! Spider webs on walls! Staff was rude and pricing was inaccurate!! They didn’t provide receipt!! Just an awful experience! Also marijuana smoking all throughout first hallway going straight to the back!

Breakfast items were mostly unavailable but recommended book stay and have bf elsewhere.

This place is run down, dirty, and smells AWFUL. I just needed a place to stay for a few hours as my AC unit went down and this was the only hotel with availability at the time. The ratings on hotel.com was 7/10 which was lower than I was used to but the reviews were pretty good. But, apparently the people claiming it’s clean and well kept have horrible standards. The ac in the room wasn’t on so it was almost unbearable for the first 2hours as we were in a heatwave and it made the smell worse. I didn’t want to touch anything, didn’t even use the bathroom, I was itching the whole night(checked in at around 10pm, was scared to go to sleep but I had been in my 93 degree house all day and was exhausted and my body finally just gave up around 3am) woke up at 6am and left right away. I immediately threw every washable thing that I wore or carried into that place in my washing machine as soon as I got home this morning. Showered immediately but I still can’t get that horrible smell out of my nose. I probably should have just slept in my car or gone to the ER to sit in the waiting room to keep cool because this was a horrible.

We've stayed there a few times over the last 2 years without complaints. This time the room was not as clean. Requested towels for the next day which were never delivered. When we asked the front desk they gave us extra floor towels due to not having any bath towels/washcloths available. Hallways were dirty as well.

Good for a sneaky link. 😜

This was a terrible idea experience I e been here several times but will never return after encountering the man Akmed the name he gave me when checking in. He was rude and they gave us a hard time. It definitely was not a good stay here. The Staff who sign your guests in and are in charge of the lobby. They are rude and not attentive. When I arrived I had to sit and wait for a staff member to sit in front of me and eat. He told me I was rushing his lunch break. They later let our door dash get stolen from the lobby allowing someone to drop it off randomly with no rm number or call. When we asked about it they got upset and had us removed from the hotel. The victims. We were so uncomfortable and I was waken up out my sleep not knowing what was going on rudely told to get out.

Good location for my business trip with good food options near by. The pedestal bed was at least 3 feet high and hard to get into. The tub drain plug was broken. Breakfast very basic with waffles, toast, bagels, could cereal, juice, fruit, coffee, and yogurt but no real protein. I only ate there once in 4 days.

Relatively cheap rooms that look pretty clean. They're non-smoking rooms however they have small balcony you can go out and do that on if you're a smoker. There is no elevator so I'm not sure if this building is handicapped friendly. Plenty of restaurants around and convenience stores within walking distance

Breakfast was too minimal

Good location, but this place is seriously in need of updating. Nice breakfast in the morning, and they seem to attract friendly guests. There is no elevator to the second floor.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. Upon entering through Door 2, the hallway had a very strong marijuana odor that hit you immediately and was extremely unpleasant. could be smelled in the room as well, for a non smoker it was awful. When we got to our room, we discovered that we had been assigned the wrong room. We had booked a room with two beds but were given a room with only one bed. We went to the front desk, and they promptly moved us to another room. Unfortunately, that room also had a strong odor and was not acceptable. At that point, I requested a refund. The front desk agent asked if I would give them one more chance and offered us a room on the first floor, explaining that it was newer and did not have the same smell issues. We agreed and checked out the room. However, the room was far from what I would consider newly renovated. The floor was so sticky that our shoes squeaked as we walked across it. The bedside table had a dried white substance on it, making it appear that it had not been properly cleaned after the previous guest. There was also a brown melted substance on the TV console. The one positive aspect of our stay was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was polite, professional, and tried to address our concerns. In the end, they refunded us for both nights, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, due to the cleanliness issues and strong odors throughout the property, I would not stay here again.

Good service good room and convenient

Clean, comfortable, everything in order, but most of all - the staff is exceptionally friendly and supportive. The breakfast is pretty nice as well and there is even a Gym. Great value for the money. I'll be back! The Gym equipment needs small fixes.

Bed was broken. Room was kinda dirty. But this was a great value and location was amazing.
