Clean room and very nice staff

Room is perfect. So clean, staff friendly I just feel so comfortable staying here. I would recommend this hotel especially this location to friends and family.

A parking fee was a bit of a surprise.

This establishment was fantastic. Every amenity one could ask for. The rooms are complete apartments. All kitchen utensils are there. All pots and pans, ironing board and iron, clothing storage, etc. the lobby area is very inviting and modern. I can't say enough about how nice this facility is.

Great service great staff

The room was very nice, came with everything we needed. The walls and floors have very little insulation so we can hear the people next to us blow their nose and people above us jumping all night. Staff was very nice and called to room to try and help

Everything was good just the stove kept popping the circuit. They told us what to do when it popped and it worked. Other than that everything was clean and the staff was nice and helpful.

Checked in, noticed there were no towels and paper towels in the room. Asked front desk for some. They said we had to go down stairs to get it instead of bringing it up. They said there we no paper towels available. Not very friendly receptionist.

Full kitchen was great.

We had to switch rooms 3 times. The first room they gave us was by someone they were trying to evict. Basically a squatter. She would open and slam the door every time we left the room. When I informed the staff, they had an attitude about changing my room. The second room the Gave us the stove didn’t work and on top of that their was hair everywhere, on the sheets on the towels and on the floor. When we asked them to change the sheets the cleaning lady was extremely lazy and instead of changing the sheets she just switched the cover from one bed to the other bed, and never changed the towels. On top of all that she kept lying and said she did. Even after I showed her proof.

Extra $14 for parking not revealed. Transparency, and truthfulness should have prevailed. This is BAD in part because it's 15% of the initial offering cost.

Prompt check in and friendly staff. One of our rooms had an AC unit that wasn’t working well, but the hotel staff moved us for the next available room with working AC immediately. Very centrally located and easy to get to. Will definitely stay again for future visits!

The staff was Wonderful

This was a great stay! They were very accommodating to my needs. I will stay here again.

there was long hair on the folded towel, shower handle broken, floor had a spill next to the small couch, control for the tv was dead, hallways stinked so bad like must and weed, booked for a king bed and gave us two queens instead this is the second time this has happened. No longer coming here again
