Great location, AC in hallway and elevator not functioning. Everyone was great though.

I really loved staying at this hotel it was the best experience even for my grandma that’s picky and she loved it to.

The stay was fantastic. Arrived late and went to the room but to find out the room 430 was still dirty. Called the front desk and told them and they had me come down to get a new room. The hostess provided another room which was spectacular. 222. Thank you for a great night.

The hotel is great; we have issues with housekeeping. We expected housekeeping to keep our beds, replace the plastic in the ice bucket, vacuum the floor, and maybe wipe the sink. Maybe just do what housekeeping should do. We stayed for 4 nights, and I think we deserve at least one decent housekeeping visit. Breakfast was great, a typical american breakfast except for the broken pancake/waffle maker which stayed like that the rest of our stay.

Our experience was great!

The staff were great, and the place was very clean. It was all good- BUT you really need central air conditioning. The hallways and elevators were stifling, and the rooms took a long time to cool down with the rickety room ACs. It was a great place in all, but AC is the future, as we are all learning.

The place is nice affordable and clean and modern. My only complaint was there now adding $15 for parking which they don't list on any of their pricing when you register for the night.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. There was one day when housekeeping could not get to our room because they were short staffed. They were apologetic and made sure they got to the room the next day. Everything asked for was provided promptly. The lady working the breakfasts was friendly, personable and very sweet to everyone.

Stayed at the property the night before having a surgery in the area. The front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Would stay here again.

Great weekend stay overall.. The sofasleeper and dining room chairs need to be replaced, burnholes and stains. Had a king suite, kitchenette was perfect with fridge n microwave and sink. Free breakfast was a great perk. General Mgr and her staff were top notch.

The hotel was clean and the staff was wonderful. The pool was dirty and so was the hot tub. But we still had a great stay. The staff was amazing! Can’t say enough about them! The breakfast was perfect!

Very clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is ok for a few days and parking is $14 a night but there is exceptions.

Helpful and friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was very good. $14 parking fee should be eliminated, nothing more than padding the room rate!
