Holiday Inn Express & Suites Loma Linda- San Bernardino S by IHG

The shower never ever would turn on.

The staff were very helpful and informative. The rooms were clean and the A/C worked wonderfully.

I was upset because I got a $14 parking charge that I wasn't aware. Other than that my stay was great!

Amazing staff, very clean, great housekeepers!!! Everything was great!

This was our second time coming here. It is close to everything we have to come here for. There is a lady-Jasmine- who is a joy to see at the front counter. She make all guests feel welcomed. The continental breakfast is the nice.

Breakfast was delicious. Cinnamon rolls were the best. The pool was fun and close parking.

Nice place and convenient to the VA Hospital

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Jasmine at the front desk was personable, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. We disclosed our horror story about our previous stay that we had to depart earlier that day at another hotel. The previous hotel almost ruined our trip. This hotel saved the trip! It’s location is impecable and the amenities were above par. Thank you to the incredible staff who indirectly made our stay amazing and ultimately saved the trip.

L I likes the location, perfect for where i needed to be.i did not like how cramped the king suite was, pictures made it look bigger than it actually was. The hallways were HOT, and the elevator was kinda sketchy even other guests said it while we were on it. The showers spit water out but that is probably a Ca conservation thing, its been like that in both rooms I have stayed in recently. The carpet was dirty in bot rooms as well.

Was good!
