It was all easy and helpful

Everything was lovely and felt new. The guest internet, it was slow, we couldn’t connect and we were given a special code which kept dropping out and we had to go to a local coffee shop to login.

Love this hotel and staff

This a Bare-Minimum Hotel. There are NO ice machines/water or trash cans on each floor, both are located on the first floor. Causing guests to place trash outside of rooms in the hallway causing an odor. There is NO option for housekeeping. All kitchen/bathroom amenities must be requested from the front desk. There is no dish to store the small bar of soap, but makeup remover wipes are provided. Directtv is the only available cable offered. No way to access any of your subscriptions...YouTube, Prime, Netflix, etc. The rooms are clean, because its new, less than 3 yrs old. A Bare-Minimum-Hotel.

I had a great stay at Everhome Suites in Loma Linda! The suite was really nice, clean, and spacious. I especially loved the kitchen area—it was very convenient and made the stay feel more like home. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was spotless clean!! The only thing that I saw it needs attention was the bath sink faucet was loose.

Had a wonderful stay here, i would definitely come back to this location.

We appreciate all the politeness, cleanliness and comfort we found and had while there.

Unfortunately the room floors were a little dirty when we first walked in. House keeping did not vacuum/sweep. so a little gross. WIFI access was pretty bad as well.

Exceptional

Showers were different, I assumed there were 2 drains, but one is mainly for the shower and I don't what the drain next to the toilet was for. It didn't drain the water from the shower unfortunately, so that's the only issue. I'll still return as a guest.

Stephanie was very polite and accommodated my stay. Due to unprecedented circumstances I was upgraded to a suite and couldn't be more satisfied. The room itself exceeded my expectations. I'm not a high maintenance type person, but this was far more than what had anticipated. Thank you Everhome Suites, I'll be a future guest for sure.
