Everything from arriving to leaving was wonderful! Beautiful place to stay!

Room was very clean, quiet, well kept Would definitely stay again

Staff was good and very clean

The check-in process was easy and the front desk personnel were super helpful. The rooms were clean and met our expectations. One thing to note that we didn’t see at booking is a $12.00 parking fee.

Nice clean space. Only negative was no conditioner provided. Everything else was great.

I won't be using this platform again. wasted money and the reps were completely useless when I needed to make modifications to my trip

The hotel and rooms were very clean. Will stay there again. The deposit hold is $150 by card only! No cash deposits.

It was there when I checked in on Saturday evening. When leaving Sunday morning there was even more trash laying around.

Everything was wonderful, only missing a swimming pool!

Amazing new modern property with everything you need for your stay including appliances, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, and mini stove. Exceptionally hard to find hotels in souther California. I will definitely come back soon.

Beds were super comfy.

Dirty linen upon check in. Had to wait an extra hour for room to be ready :(

Love everything about this place and would stay here again!!!

Husband's feet were very dirty when he got in shower (he went barefoot in the room-yuck), so we're thinking floor was not clean. We were put in a room on the first floor near the check-in area, and it was too loud. Ask for another room if you're placed near that area. We would probably stay in this hotel again if we were in the area and if the price was competitive, as it was this time.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. I rang the bell at the front desk 5 times with no response. I finally had to walk around the corner to the elevators as I heard someone, to find the janitorial person and asked who was working the front desk. She said, Oh that's me! What?? While you are heading upstairs to clean. The lobby floor was so dirty my feet were sticking to the floor. She then looked on the computer to tell me that she had no rooms available. Later to state, no cleaned rooms. I left without staying here, and am still being charged by Hotels.com. They would not honor my refund, even though I had to pay for another stay at another hotel for the same night. I will NEVER try another Everhome Suites, and I will never recommend them to anyone.

When I got to the hotel I was meet by only one receptionist. I went to check in and she told me that they only had one room available and that it was only a king size bedroom (I had booked two queens). She said that there where queen rooms but they weren't ready, I asked if they could ready the room, she said no that she was the only one working that day. I had to find another hotel last minute.
