Homewood Suites By Hilton San Bernardino

The room was large and spacious with a full size refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. I also love the vanity and sink were separate from the toilet and shower. The self-serve breakfast had variety which is a great step above most hotels. I would definitely stay there again.

The room smelled like dog urine it is a pet friendly hotel but more maintenance should be provided.

It was a lot of stuff not working. The pool was out of order.

They went out of there way to make sure we had everything we needed.

The gentleman and lady who helped us check in were very professional. We enjoyed our stay at this property

Clean room. Vayola was awesome! Really understanding and helpful with our situation and she was able to accommodate our situation immediately - thank you! Breakfast was spot on! Kids enjoyed their stay and so did we. Will definitely look forward to coming back if availability for our stay is open!

Homewood suite took my payment from Expedia, and hotels.com, and afterpad took their 2 weeks payment. I was overcharged

Very nice property. Clean and comfortable room, wide variety of choices for breakfast, and a very kind and helpful staff.

Amazing room, amazing people! They made us feel safe and comfortable. When we came back late one night, security even escorted my whole family to the building! It felt like we were in our apartment building with the set up, very pleased with this trip!

The room was ok but costumer service was terrible.I have to pay parking $20/day and hotel.com never mentions it on the booking site.I have no problem to pay if it mentions from the beginning and when I asked for water bottle the male costumer service tried to give it to me but the female costumer service grab it from him with saying the water bottle only for member.That’s make me very upset.I am a hotel costumer and if only 1 water bottle is not make hilton bankrupt.The attitude of the costumer service was terrible

Everything was clean and staff was great and very helpful We went during Coachella Festival weekend, partying was going on all hours of the night. People being loud in the hallways crazy drunk. I went to front desk in the morning because our phone in the room was not working and they said they were taking care of the issue.
