Homewood Suites By Hilton San Bernardino

The gentleman who checked us in when we arrived was very nice and my 8 yr old granddaughter enjoyed the friendly conversation he initiated with her

We loved our stay & we will be coming back! Would recommend staying! There is so many stores and food around for convenience as well!

Our room was great super clean which I always like to see, staff were very helpful!

It was super easy to get checked in and would recommend staying here!

Pillows were very flat. My son was to use the pull out sofa bed but couldn't sleep all night. Said it was very uncomfortable and could feel the bars on the sofa bed. He weighs only 145 lbs. no blow dryer and no bottled water.

Bed was really comfortable. Suite was quiet and great. Would have been nice if the ice machine worked on my floor but at least they worked on other floors. Safe environment. I felt the hotel didn’t really need to charge for self parking but what can you say. I guess that’s just a way to get extra per night fee

The staff was WONDERFUL! Happy hour was fun and breakfast was good. Well, we were in town for a funeral and are all 65 or older. So - it was a huge bummer that our elevator broke twice. Also - the pool was not open the first night and we were only there for two nights. It seems there should be some sort of discount - when amenities are not as they were advertised. Honestly - I would have given this hotel/staff the very highest rating if it weren't for these major disappointments.

Overall, a frustrating stay. Staff weren’t consistently helpful, and basics like towels and pillows were often unavailable. That lack of follow-through really hurt the experience.

Very nice staff and clean room, I always prefer this hotel whenever I go there.

Best place for family and pets! The staff here is very helpful and polite. They have cribs for infants and spacious room. Also, the surrounding property has real grass for pets and bags are provided to use. Laundry room is easy to use. Lastly, the food and coffee is amazing! I enjoyed it and will come back again.

I lob it

The rooms were a very good size, and clean. The outdoor patio was very nice and well maintained.

Staff were friendly and very helpful since the rooms were not ready and we had to wait. The rooms were clean. They did offer food and it’s usually average, but there are plenty of restaurants near by so you do have many options.

Very friendly staff, came with everything you needed and more.

Amazing staff fast check in

Such a welcoming helpful place , every staff was wonderful the rooms were cleaned breakfast was good , has so many options, pool was cleaned overall had a great experience will be booking again!

My only problem was that they charge $20 for parking and didn’t inform me of that at check in. There was loud thumps from the upstairs guest a side from that my stay was pleasant.

Clean, excellent staff. Good location , good breakfast Beds were so uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a hard platform. Did not sleep well at all.

We were comfortable with our stay.

Hilton never disappoints. Staff was friendly and professional, Beds were comfortable, facilities clean and breakfast was great.
