The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly and courteous. She also was very informative.

I did a room online because reservations when I got there they did not let me check in because I do not have my name on my card so yeah that was great and not good for me and it was terrible

The had EV chargers and they did not charge so I was able to charge my car all three days I was there. I like the area it wasn’t crowded or loud. It was tucked back a way and it was nice.

The room was clean, but the fact that the walls were thin and tou can hear your family using th bathroom. It felt like an apartment because you can hear the people above you and next to you. Breakfast was average

In a great area, breakfast was really good, it was Different than most hotels. The room was spacious, plenty of room. I did not like that I had to pay for parking and the parking lot is small. The air conditioner worked very well, but it was either very cold or too warm.

loved having our own little seating area in the room. The coffee always available in lobby was fantastic. Breakfast was a favorite of my son (loves to eat and looked forward to it every am). Staff was very kind and helpful.

Disappointing

I like that we had breakfast, it was close to the venue I attended, it was clean, everything was good I didn't like that we had to pay for parking to stay at the hotel, i would have thought paying for the hotel automatically included parking

I liked that the property was clean and the area that it is located in felt safe. During check in, I was not greeted in a polite manner. Michael was rude throughout the whole interaction which is upsetting because I had high expectations for the service considering I booked a suite. Not sure if he was already having a bad day and took out on me but he was not polite at all.

There were ants all over the bathroom, they had us check in around 5:30 because there were no rooms even though we were told we can check in at 3

I enjoyed my stay here but I was just sad to see so many dead plants! I almost asked to take them home with me since they’re not being properly cared for at this hotel.

To make matters worse, my card was charged without any clear explanation. After such a long drive and everything that happened, this was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I was already emotionally and physically drained, and the lack of communication and assistance made the situation even more frustrating. Very disappointing! 😔

This place was amazing would recommend for sure. Super clean! We had a small issue with an ac unit in our room and when we called it in they sent maintenance to come fix it and when they realized it was going to take too long they changed us to another room. Everyone was so accommodating and excellent customer service. Even the maintenance guy was so nice!! Front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful! The complimentary breakfast was also very good.
