This is our go to hotel every time we visit San Bernardino. We love how accommodating and friendly they are. It’s always a comfortable visit.

(of 6) 4 adults to preteens. PROS: the room was VERY SPACIOUS. Bigger than any other family suite that sleeps 6 that hasn’t been a timeshare. The room was clean, was supplied dishes, paper towels, dish soap & sponge. There is no stove. All appliances in the room worked perfect. There was a large variety of buffet style breakfast items. CONS: THEY CHARGE $20 DAILY FOR PARKING! The COMMON AREAS of the hotel were gross, bathrooms were filthy, no toilet paper, no paper towels, and there was water and dirt all over the floor for the 3 days we were there(Front Desk was notified 4 separate times) . ALL of the breakfast items were cold (except oatmeal, waffles) . The pool water was very cloudy, the gym smelled like dirty feet. The rooms have NO sound proofing! We heard everything coming from above us and next door. The other guests were not yelling, running or jumping. Just normal activity just an example of how thin the walls and floors are. The front desk kept getting complaints from the Karen below stating there was too much noise coming from our room. One, no one was running or jumping, just walking. Two, We moved the table that has wheels on it that is used for dining. If that made too much noice not our fault. Three, we put out the sofa sleeper, again it did not hit the floor or anything like that. So again if that was too noisy not our fault. Four, it was daytime.

This place is great always love my stay at home2, but was my first time at this location and we didn’t get no rest, the upstairs was so loud from early morning till 2am, it was like an elephant was just walking back and forth all night long, I complained about it my whole stay I was up at 6am sending a complain and we even checked out early due to this issue worst 2 night ever it would of been nice for a room change but no offer to solve the issue

Great experience all around. The room was clean, the staff were really kind, and the in‑suite kitchen was a huge plus. Felt like a little home away from home.

I notified the front desk via texting when they sent me a check-in to see how we were doing. I explained what have happened and they were quick to offer a solution to have us change rooms, but because of our schedule and the fact that we were traveling with kids switching rooms mid-visit was difficult. We ended up staying in the room and in all seriousness just said we will toss the socks because they were so black from walking on the floors. All in all this stay was great just with those hiccups. I will say there was somebody staying on property that was smoking marijuana that you could smell in the hallway but the smell would was not in our room.

The hotel is very nice. The breakfast could and would be nice if it were opened a little bit longer. The staff were very friendly.and the hotel was kept very clean. I was shocked that they charged for parking daily. It's not even a secured or covered parking.

Home 2 suites gave me a room with no black out curtains the light was coming in all night I couldn’t sleep. The sunshine in my face as soon as it came out, I didn’t get any rest at all. So I spoke to the manager he said I would be awarded 10,000 points and I have not received anything. These rooms are $200 plus and for them to not have their stuff together is ridiculous and to just lie like that thinking I won’t be back to speak to them about this is just absurd. Not o worry manager I’ll see you soon and plz save your excuses their lies anyways!
