Quick easy clean space close to many other places

Staff was excellent except the breakfast staff. It seems like they don't care. The food looked good but it was cold. I asked to use the microwave it was broken and the young man just threw his hands in the air and acted like a wasn't his problem and went back to his phone.

If you are looking for a hotel experience then this is not your place to go. Checking in was as usual, nothing out of the ordinary. The moment i went the elevator and saw missing buttons, dirty carpet in the aisle to my room and AC not working in my room on a 100 degree weather day was the deal breaker. I booked a room with two bedrooms so we asked staff for a solution and the best offer was fans for our room. Imagine trying to rest with fans on a room with 95 degree temperature, absolutely ridiculous. Although we were offered a one bedroom with working AC, it was not the best solution as it was a couple with a pet and myself in a different room. I asked the front desk lady for a copy of my charges and refused to give it to me even though it was done with my credit card. We also found out most of these hotels in the area actually function as housing, so many people book these hotels, weekly or monthly(which explains the rundown and dirtiness of this hotel). Save your time and effort and avoid Marriott. We should have stayed with Hilton as i normally do but that was my mistake for trusting this brand and property. Take your money somewhere else and avoid getting unnecessary charges to your card for such low quality service.

This hotel has really gone downhill. We have regularly stayed here when visiting my grandma but will not anymore. Room 207 smelled HORRIBLE, like someone had a dirty wet dog in there previously. We told front staff and they said they would do something about it - never did, never checked in with us. Area around bathroom mirror was filthy. Gave very small amount of towels and had to keep asking for more. Weekend staff was extremely resistant to help with anything. Kept some stars because the included breakfast is still good.

Extra parking cost for no reason - surrounded by empty parking lots - doesn't make sense and is frustrating. I wasn't told parking was an extra fee and steep at $25 (again literally surrounded by empty parking lots).

This hotel smelled clean, had an amazing breakfast, had 2 elevators, and a pool! We were loading our car trying to pack up out luggage and were locked out of our room at 11:56 am. We understood checkout was at 12, but that was a little passive aggressive.

My stay at the hotel was great. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I really enjoyed the extra space, which made my stay feel relaxing. Overall, a great experience and I would stay here again.

Ask for late check out early, they might say yes. I asked the night before and they referred me to the morning I was supposed to check out. They refused saying the room was in demand even though Hotels.com stated there were 4 more rooms of the same type available for the weekend. Something didn’t add up.
