Extra parking cost for no reason - surrounded by empty parking lots - doesn't make sense and is frustrating. I wasn't told parking was an extra fee and steep at $25 (again literally surrounded by empty parking lots).

We understood checkout was at 12, but that was a little passive aggressive.

My stay at the hotel was great. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I really enjoyed the extra space, which made my stay feel relaxing. Overall, a great experience and I would stay here again.

Clean property. Great breakfast options.

Helpful staff and comfortable bed

Pool is close 12pm. Patio Table with Fire, is close at 10pm.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The pool or patio wasnt open past 10 pm.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Residence inn. Manager s are not people friendly.

Ask for late check out early, they might say yes. I asked the night before and they referred me to the morning I was supposed to check out. They refused saying the room was in demand even though Hotels.com stated there were 4 more rooms of the same type available for the weekend. Something didn’t add up.

Breakfast was nice except for the expired milk which was left in the fridge for 2 days. We didn’t think to check the expiration till my niece took a bite of cereal and realized the taste was off. Lesson learned - always check the expiration and don’t take for granted that the establishment will check for you.

Charging visitors $25 for parking must be a joke at this location. It’s a huge lot open to the public and adjacent to a vacant restaurant and strip mall. The fact that this hotel feels comfortable to charge this unexpected fee does not justify or warrant what is offered. I fully regret choosing this hotel when I had many others to choose from in the area.

Every thing went smoothly. Staff was very informative. I enjoyed my stay I did not like your pillows. Other wise everything else was good.

It was close to home and lots of food options near property It smelled like cigarettes and the hallways were dark felt like a maze trying to get to my room

AFTER YEARS OF USING THIS EVIL COMPANY, I WAS BASICALLY ROBBED BY RESIDENCE INN & NEEDED BOOKINGS.COM HELP & THEY WERE NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. SENDING ME ON A GOOSE CHASE IN THEIR WEBSITE, I WAS TRICKED INTO PAYING FOR SOME 3RD PARTY COMPANY IN ORDER TO TALK TO A HUMAN. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BOOKINGS.COM GO DIRECTLY TO THE HOTEL WEBSITE ITSELF AND YOU GET MUCH BETTER SUPPORT IN CASE OF A PROBLEM. WHEN BOOKING THRU BOOKINGS.COM, HOTELS GIVE YOU THEIR ABSOLUTE WORST ROOMS. I COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS MANY TIMES BUT IT ALL FELL ON DEAF EARS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BOOKINGS.COM Everything about that hotel was terrible specially the employees. It is not worth the money.

It was very nice property. Rooms were excellent and staff amazing I don’t like how you have to pay for parking. Do they expect us to walk. To stay there? $25 per car is crazy. We should get to park our car for free.
