Hampton Inn & Suites San Bernardino

Amazing staff! Just wish my room’s toilet was fixed in a Timely manner. We left with the toilet still squealing really loudly. We called the front desk on the first night and they just shrugged it off until I asked again and they sent maintenance up. Room was comfortable though. Fitness center was great and the basketball court is a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for something somewhat safe in the area. It has a Dutch Bros in the same parking lot and Costco is right next to you.

Our room did not have a hair dryer and it took them 2 1/2 hrs to get one for us. Their excuse was that they did not have a key to get into housekeeping. There should be a master key. It messed up our entire plans for the day and put us 1 1/2 hrs behind schedule. Plus the shower curtain had blood/bugger stains on them which we asked to have a clean one put in and they did not even bother to do that. It was gross.

The property was very clean and the staff was excellent. Peter was there when we checked in and he checked in on us several times during our stay. We are considering a return to the area and would choose this location again.

This Hotel has always been a nice place to stay. The price is reasonable and the rooms are good. The beds are comfortable and everything is always clean and fresh. Breakfast included is a plus.

Hampton Inn San Bernardino is always clean. The staff is friendly. My only complaint is our room AC unit was so noisy. When it came on during the night it woke us up three times. The morning coffee is the BEST in the area. We have stayed at all the hotels near to Hampton Inn. No other hotel has better coffee.
