Clean rooms with large bathroom Trying to get them to issue a refund was ridiculous. They lied for a week about not receiving a request for refund email from Booking.com. It took calling corporate office and then having to call booking and asking them to call directly to the hotel. Once booking called the hotel the girl Dela at the front desk finally says “oh yes, there’s the email.” She had it the entire time but LIED and said it was never sent to the hotel. When we stayed (we had to change dates, which was the cause of the cancellation) we got into our room. Our tv wasn’t working. We called the front desk. It took two calls to get someone up because the front desk woman was on smoke break every five minutes, literally, my husband went out and saw her. Finally she comes to our room, says “oh it’s just the cable in this room, All the other rooms are ok.” the tv works after she jiggles cables. And she leaves. Not 10 minutes later the tv starts acting up again. She gave so much attitude because she now had to switch us rooms. It was a mess. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, ever. I’ve had better stays at motel 6 than I did at the HILTON owned hotel.

The reason for a 3 star is that our room AC “fan” was rather noisy and you needed to have it on to make the room not as stuffy but it was hard to sleep. It really is time for a make over in general. We love the reasonable pricing but the rooms are starting to “show their age”. Everything is clean.. just time for a sprucing up:)

Exterior was very clean and staff was professional. The carpet was stained and very old, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept it. It creaked with any slight movement and kept us up all night. The toilet kept running and making noise through the night.

When I got to the room it's privately owned,carpet dirty closet sliding door broke and glass cracked at bottom refrigerator not working messed up my ice cream and food,bed was supposed to be a queen looked like a full staff had additude and that hotel did not service my room I was very upsetwent for a funeral service and this room spoiled my trip waste of my money

Awesome staff and probably the best restaurant/ bar arrangements I’ve seen

Great location. Close to freeway, stores, and restaurants. Free parking. Clean room. Excellent hot breakfast that was well stocked and replenished. One drawback is this was the 2nd time we have stayed there where internet and wifi was down for more than half of our stay. That means no TV also. So if you are traveling on business and need to work from your room, this would be a major problem.

You need to increase the handicap parking especially near the elevators and the front door or install an elevator in the rear of the building.

King size bed had queen size bottom sheet. They promised to change it and nobody came to do it. Did not refresh our room for second night (trash and towels).
