Sorry to say we will not be staying at this hotel again in the future. Rooms were VERY minimal and had fresh towels only every other day (but front desk did provide them on request). The breakfast offered was appreciated, but we found it inedible. The parking process (app) was very arduous but we did use and appreciate the free EV charging.

The hotel took issue with applying my Marriott points.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Had to ask at the desk for a hair dryer. TV too small, could barely read the program description/guide while relaxing on the bed. Breakfast is part of the stay but there was no breakfast (they said the vendor was not able to make it). Had to pay extra for parking (that should NEVER happen if you’re staying at a hotel !).

Bad

The air doesn’t work in the hallways the rooms that I were given were adjoining rooms, which I asked not to be put in. They looked worn. The bathroom was not clean, and the sheets were substandard.

I booked 3 nights at this Hotel - my daughter arrived ahead of me and was told by the front desk staff that there was no booking under my name (her phone was dead and she did not print out the hotel confirmation information). She was turned away. I later found out that the hotel was overbooked and we were to stay at another hotel for that first night. My daughter didn't know this and we paid out of pocket for another hotel for the first night. I am currently requesting compensation for this additional unexpected expense. This is a reminder to all to print out your confirmations as proof of your bookings.

Our flight was delayed due to flight cancelations coming from New Jersey

I stayed there 6 nights, and our room was not cleaned at all during my entire stay. Not one time did housekeeping come. We had to go ask for more towels. Totally unacceptable for a 6 night stay.

Good breakfast

My kiddos loved the pool, however not being able to close sliding doors was a bit of a nuisance. The breakfast was excellent, great variety and the specialty bar was nice(one day pancakes, next day omelette). There was plenty of seating spaces to enjoy the weather or lounge. We loved having a kitchenette to make some food in. The gym had diverse equipment (treadmill, free weights, medicine balls, yoga mats and several "circuit" machines). It being Denver, we weren't shocked but parking isn't included in hotel price. It was hit or miss with hotel staff, some were friendly and some seemed curt/bothered with interactions.

I stayed for six nights and it was everything I needed for a comfortable stay!

The location near highways and Park Meadows mall was excellent. The complimentary Tesla chargers in the parking lot were very convenient. They had a much better breakfast than at most hotels. The pool heater wasn't working while we were there. On Sunday morning, the area next to the adjacent church gets really busy, but there's another exit to avoid that traffic.

The property has small design features that are very nice and well thought out. Love the full kitchen and nice bathroom. We are also very picky about beds and pillows, as we tend to like things softer. So many hotels have beds that are way too hard for our liking. The bed at Elements was perfect. We slept great all week. Also, breakfasts were good, the shared areas were very nice, especially the outdoor patio, and the gym was great. There are also many nice restaurants in the area, some even within walking distance. The only disappointments were: 1. The pool was out of commission most of the week, and 2. Parking is not included. But overall our week was great. We'd stay there again.

Property looks rundown. Bathroom lights didn’t work, bathroom door didn’t close. Parking was an issue and had to be managed separately from the hotel.

It was just ok. The lobby is nice also staff nice. Breakfast was good. The room had a bad smell, the carpet in the room was heavily used and room was not very clean. Pillows heavily used with no shape it was not comfortable to sleep. We expected something better.

The room is nice and the breakfast is amazing but the pool wasn’t working for my entire two week stay over there in a summer break! So that’s unsat
-
The room needs more cleaning, especially the bathroom.
-
The pool was out of order the entire week we were there and the AC in our room didn’t seem to work well.
