Very poor

Liked the staff. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were great. Room had everything we needed including a refrigerator. It was close to the places we wanted to go to. Our room was near highway. Just a little noise.

Very good management and service Hospitality is great

There are many restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores nearby. The room was very comfy. The bathroom and the showere were great. But the NOISE from the highway was atrocious. I thought the windows had been left open…. We so wanted to like this hotel because we will be coming to LIC frequently but the lack of double-pane windows is a total disappointment. Your earplugs were a nice touch but the single-pane simply cannot abate the noise of the highway. I hope you realize how important this issue is. We are not picky travelers at all.

Great location, very clean, super friendly staff. Comfy bed. THe hotel advertises this amazing gym. It is a small gym like any you'd find in a budget hotel like Comfort Inn. Some of the equipment wasnt working. The room was tiny, but it's New York.

Staff Staff

Unfortunately did not have time to have breakfast. The staff was great. I really like the room for two people. The separate rooms were not expected but so welcomed. I like that the space was utilized well for two people. Cant really say there was something I did not like.

Good bang for the buck,...

I will stay in Long Island City when i come to New York. Hotel was in a great spot next to the train station—only a 5 minute ride to Times Square-Staff was very nice. Great stay

Very clean, and amenities are new. The location is extremely convenient. The price is fair considering it’s in NY. Staffs are very friendly. Severe noise problem no matter which room you are in. The windows are just single layer glass, and the wall is like a piece of wood, so you can hear both the noise from the road and from neighbors.

A special shout-out to Douglas at the front desk. He was incredibly kind and helpful which truly went above and beyond what I would normally expect from hotel service. Thank you so much for making the experience so memorable! Sometimes found someone else’s hair on the bath towels. I hope a bit more attention can be paid to this in the future.
