Superb

Family of 6 - two adults and 4 kids aging from 16-10. I’ve never been treated so thoughtfully by the cleaning staff. She noticed my kids moved the couch mattress to the floor bc the springs were uncomfortable and she brought in a new mattress for them while we were out for the day. We didn’t complain or say anything, she just noticed it and then made it better. The kids slept so much better and it made our NYC trip more enjoyable because they weren’t starting each day tired. I don’t know what her name was but she was incredibly attentive and we are grateful!

We love staying at the Hyatt in Long Island City. The rooms are always clean. The breakfast has a great variety and the staff is always helpful.

Great overall

I had a fantastic stay. I’m very picky about hotels, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. I booked this hotel for the first week of the US Open and it is close to the subway stops. This hotel is in a central location with plenty of shops, food and stores nearby. The staff were also so friendly and helpful and kind and accommodating. The breakfast buffet in the morning was great. It was filling and convenient. The food and coffee tasted great. I was pleasantly surprised. It was a full breakfast buffet of hot food. The rooms and lobby area were all very clean and well-maintained. I had no complaints. There is also a parking lot right in the property. I left my car there for 3 days during my stay. The hotel was also accommodating when I had to bring my dog to stay overnight at the hotel at the last minute when I had an issue with a dog sitter nearby. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay in , close to the subway and tons of restaurants choices close by for a quick bite

The location was also a big plus. There are several subway stations nearby, making it very easy to get around the city. There are also plenty of restaurants and places to eat within walking distance, which was very convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would happily stay here again on our next trip to New York!
