breakfast was very good. All items were fresh. There was a huge variety. My children enjoyed the breakfast. We were not aware the third bed was a sofabed. It was very uncomfortable. My teenage child got severe backache because of the squishy sofabed and the horrible mattress. The staff had no workable solution for it.

Rooms are spacious for families. I can't get the Marriott points through Booking.com. Moreover, the restaurant is small and crowded, the peak hour is since open until closed. (For breakfast)

If you want to park without a hassle do NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! The faucet water in the washroom was yellow. Valet parking is about 40-$50 US per night! The city view is not what you think. The “city view” is industrial brick buildings that look like power plants of some sort. Other than that (all the above), it was a nice stay and close to the train station. The neighborhood is very friendly and we felt safe. I had to park on the street and my car was untouched. It was just very hard to find parking. Young black girl at the front is professional and kind. She needs a raise.

The hotel was clean. Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was fine. There weren't too many options. Hotel could do better in providing more water bottles during our stay. Perhaps replenish water bottles in the fridge each day. For the price we're paying, guests shouldn't have to come downstairs to come get water each day. It felt like the hotel is rationing water. The water bottles are too small and the number given are not enough to accommodate the amount of guests in each room.

Very good hotel close to manhattan area . Rooms r spacious . Hard to find this size room in midtown . 30 minutes to Times Square by subway . And a good view of gotham skyline is an add on . All is good about this property. No complaints.

The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I really liked the view from my room. Having a kitchen with a microwave and oven was very convenient, and the hair dryer worked well too. The location was the main downside. The area didn’t feel very safe after dark, and the hotel is not as close to the subway station as I expected.
