While the property maintains excellent standards of cleanliness and comfort, the overall guest experience fell short of its premium price tag. Check-in was delayed significantly by a slow computer system, which is not ideal after a long travel day. Furthermore, as the most expensive lodging option within 50 miles, the absence of an expanded continental breakfast is a notable omission. A complimentary breakfast should absolutely be offer. To truly justify its high rates, the hotel needs to streamline its front desk operations and upgrade its culinary amenities.

The Hotel is very close to many restaurant so easy to find one. There are things I did not like at all however Kayla the hotel manager was so helpful and she tried to accommodate my requests, unfortunately too late. But she has been professional though and so quick in responding to emails. They did not tell me the room was going to be cleaned every other day, they promised to give me another room which never happened on time. On booking.com I sent a comment to have a quite room and it was not the case.

Employees were very rude about explaining a $20.00 annemittee fee. Had to give a card for a charge I didn’t understand why you would charge for. Also, no clean towels in the room or cleaned when we came in that night. Not Pleased.

Need to better explain what the different room categories mean. Such as difference between rooms in main building vs annex rooms, so as to make more informed choices when booking online.
