Very clean room... but... the ottoman located at the end of the bed can be hazardous.

Room smelled musty

I loved the staff, I loved the pool and hot tub. I loved the breakfast. The breakfast has so many choices and it was all fresh. The ladies keeping it stocked and so helpful... when my husband tried to use the broken microwave, they escorted him to the back to use the one that works. I lived the juice... it didn't taste fake. The dark roast coffee was *amazing* The first room we were in was room 309. It smelled heavily of mold & I couldn't watch the Cowboys game on the antiquated TV. Kyndle was great and moved us to room 411. It smelled a lot better, and I did get to watch the last half of the game, but the duvet on the blankets at the top smelled like armpit. It made me alarmed that the bedding wasn't clean. I didn't want to cause a fuss and move rooms again so my husband and I switched to the other queen bed and it smelled clean. The body wash holder was broken in our bathroom. The microwave doesn't work in the breakfast area.

Hotel needs a good update. Staff was very friendly.

Friends and I were up late and needed some extra blankets and pillows during the night shift and there was no one to be found. We tried calling the front desk from the room several times and hanging around the front desk, but couldn’t find anyone, so we had a person sleeping on a terribly old, uncomfortable couch bed mattress with only a dirty fitted sheet. I’d say that was one half our fault for not getting extra bedding earlier in the evening and would raise my rating if the regular bed had been comfortable, but unfortunately no one was able to sleep well. Despite being unavailable around midnight, staff were very friendly, and aside from the one couch bed sheet, facilities were clean.

Staff was very nice & helpful. Upon walking into the room there was a strong mildew odor and the furniture didn’t appear to be wiped down, as well as being run down and coming apart at the bottom. There was a large stain on the wall that looked like a water leak at one point. It wasn’t bad for one night, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

A little tired and well worn but clean with friendly staff. Bathroom floor had loose tile, missing faucet handle and the grab bar in the tub was loose on one end.

The location was good. The indoor pool area was nice and they had a patio area with a nice grill to cook out. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. Our whole room felt damp. The carpet and bedsheets were so clammy, I thought it was wet at first. It made our stay pretty uncomfortable. I also noticed that our bed wasn’t made properly. Housekeeping just threw the duvet cover on top of the duvet instead of actually putting it inside. I didn’t notice until I was already in the bed and then I started thinking about how they probably don’t wash the duvets, just the covers, so that was pretty gross. Then I looked up and there was a bug on the ceiling.

Great location, a lot of nearby food to choose from. Shower bottles were empty and only had very little shampoo, there was a used bar soap already in the shower, sink was clogged and restroom floor was very dirty.
