Elaine's Hollywood Bed & Breakfast

Elaine was an amazing host. She has a wonderful home, perfectly located for the area. She made us coffee and had a great spread of options for breakfast. I was visiting with my camera, and she had tons of great information about attractions that helped me make the most of my stay. I felt like I got to know LA personally. I had an incredible first time in LA in no small part because of her. Easiest review I've ever written.

Conveniently located with easy access to nearby attractions. There are plenty of options for public transportation nearby if you don’t have a rental car. Elaine was very sweet and easy to talk with. She provided a delicious breakfast every morning and the house was very comfortable. We stayed in the green room and it had all the amenities needed. The neighborhood felt very safe. N/A

Great location in a charming neighborhood - close to the Hollywood tourist sights while also quiet and pleasant. Public transit was easily accessible as well. The host was kind and helpful, the accommodations were comfortable, and breakfast was simple and plentiful.

Elaine's was wonderful, a perfect stay for us. From Dolly, the very cute dog greeting us hello in the mornings to the quiet residential street and comfortable bedrooms. The location was perfect, very close to restaurants and the theater venue we attended.

Elaine was so gracious and hospitable, and we enjoyed her home. Our room upstairs, the Pink Room, was very spacious for our family of two parents and two older teens. We even had our own deck overlooking the backyard garden. The air conditioning and fan kept us comfortable in the summer heat. Breakfast with Elaine was also lovely—she had a variety of breads, pastries, fruit, cheese, and cereal along with coffee (including decaf) and tea.

Perfect location for access to downtown LA, Hollywood, Beverly Hills - while being in an historic neighborhood!! Hostess had wonderful ideas on things to do, where to eat, etc.

The property is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in West Hollywood. It’s beautiful and peaceful, exactly what you need after a whole day in the messy and crowded LA city. Nothing.

A true bed and breakfast with a friendly caretaker

Location was great, right in between Sunset and Hollywood Boulevards. Many places were walking distance, and if not, bus stops are not far away. A lovely, secure and cosy house in a great area. Elaine is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely each morning with an array of options. The rooms were clean and well setup, we were very warm and snug when it was cold and rainy outside. Bonus was a mini-fridge in the cupboard to keep our water cool. The bed was very squeaky, and only a double bed. We are two average/tall people and double beds are just a bit small for us. Other than the size and noise of the bed, everything was great.

Elaine is an excellent and warm hostess. The room and other facilities were very comfortable. The breakfast she provided was extensive and full of variety. She was also very accommodating and helpful!
