Clean Quet

Good, comfy beds and room. The bathroom is small, but I suppose that is consistent with most hotels in the area. The outside street noise while trying to sleep was a bit troubling at times but overall, it was a good night sleep. Just know that a lot of their amenities are currently unavailable.

The rooftop patio was under renovation which was unfortunate since its featured so prominently in the ads but the staff went above and beyond and it was a very comfortable, quiet stay

Great location. Walk to Hollywood walk of fame. Upstairs lounge closed to renovations.
-
Nice clean quiet room. Definitely recommend!

Smell in the stairway was nasty. The Room itself was not cleaned by house keeping within the whole time we was there, apparently you need to “ask for the room to be cleaned”, never in any hotel have I had to do this and I’ve stayed in a fair few. I believe my money would have been better off spent on an air b&b as I’d of had more options and a better overall experience, I spent a lot of money on this hotel and have not been impressed one bit, for half the cost you can get a much better hotel in the uk for example with a better experience.

Our room was comfortable and clean, with nice sheet, towels and soap products. Parking was not secure but we had no problems. The lobby and front desk were a little sad and worn down and the front desk agent wasn't very friendly.
-
Very clean, comfortable and quiet.
-
The outdoor area seems to be closed indefinitely
-
Also $30 charge for parking? Was told at check in. Lot was not full and that needs to be upfront in booking.

The hotel was not kept up to standard for the price per room. The base boards in our room were falling apart, and everything seemed just kind of run down. Older AC unit, stained/old remotes. One thing that was hard for us is that we had multiple travelers per room, and the bathroom/shower doors were fogged glass, but still able to see through. Makes using the bathroom and shower pretty awkward if we aren't a romatic couple. Final nail in the coffin was a passive aggressive reminder message from the hotel after our stay that check out was 11am, when we merely went over that by 3 minutes to get luggage out of the room.
-
Very clean Quirky modern design Helpful tech Keurig and great coffee Friendly helpful staff Exterior was a bit drab and uninviting. Needed repair. Big contrast with great jnnterior
-
Yes there is coffee in the room and coffee at the lobby but this is where the amenities ends The room was cleaned when I got in… but it was never serviced for my entire week stay.. not once did they redo the beds take the trash or refill the coffee pods, nothing, so not the clean hotel you think… The floor is ceramic tiles- cold to walk, and the AC is super loud The mattress is super hard

Room was clean. You have to pay for parking which ridiculous. Also if you need anything for your room, you need ask before house keeping leaves.
-
The location is great. The property is starting to look a bit rundown and worn out. The outside bar/patio could be a great place but has been under renovation for the past two years.
-
Booked this place to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and I must say, it was his first time in Cali and we loved this place! Not only are places walkable. My girl Ana at the front desk, was able to accommodate us early after our flight and. Recommended we check “EL Compadres” out which, is along the same street as the hotel. Fire drinks!!!!!! Nonetheless, fantastic customer service and VERY comfortable bed! 10/10.
-
The air conditioning in the room was not the best at maintaining a controlled temperature.
-
I was disappointed the bar was closed for renovations; it would have been helpful to know that beforehand.
-
Very nice, clean, modern hotel. Friendly staff. Good location. No complaints.

The Moment is my favorite hotel in L.A. I have stayed there at least four times in the last two years. It’s in the middle of everything, economical, clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again.
