Hotel Angeleno

Everyone was really kind, friendly… the hotel overall was clean and very easy to navigate. There was only one thing and that was the elevator. I believe we were on the 9th floor. We had breakfast on the top floor and we pressed the button to go to the 9th floor and it took us all the way too lobby then we went back in and pushed the 9th floor and it took us all the way back to the top floor. So instead we asked where the stairs were because we were afraid the elevator was going to stop working. It was quite an adventure. We weren’t mad about it we actually laughed it out and said that that was our exercise of the day

Pro is the great location close to UCLA. Cons are you have to valet. And if you're sensitive to noise, you hear the freeway.

View from room was nice and great service at breakfast. I was able to request housekeeping during our stay which was nice to get a refresh nothing

Clean room and crispy sheets every day. Free Breakfast it’s excellent; high quality coffee, Fresh pastries and fruit. In addition Hotel it’s next to UCLA. Staff is amazing.

The location was nice and safe, around the corner from Brentwood which had lots of nice cafes and restaurants. Would recommend a car though, as the hotel is right off the freeway and the closest strip of cafes etc. are 5 minute drive, but a 25 + minute walk from the hotel. The hotel wasn't amazing, but served it's purpose for us, as we were out and about all day. The hotel Valet parking was a scam. We found a residential street near by and ended up parking there. The hotel doesn't need Valet as it isn't a top notch hotel, so it would make more sense if they just charged $20 a night to park yourself, seeing as though the parking is right near the entrance to the hotel (and the parking lot was empty mind you)

An excellent place to stay with courteous staff, clean rooms, fast access to UCLA.

room breakfast was not excelent

the property didn't look amazing from outside but the rooms were spacious and clean and the bed was big and comfortable. it was right by the freeway so getting around was okay (expect LA traffic!) and not far from Santa Monica which was great. staff were super friendly! Valet parking only meant there was no other choice but to pay $50 a night which adds up! Complimentary breakfast consisted of fruit, toast/bagels, pastries and cereal only - anything else was extra cost.
