Good location, good price, polished up motel. Cute look, but bed was hard and soaps in bathroom were terrible. Decent stay for one night.

The hotel was simply not as advertised!!!

This is a lovely little hotel! I needed to find a place just for one evening that didn’t totally bust my bank account, and it fit the bill. The hotel itself is pretty neutral from the outside. But once inside my hotel room, I was welcomed to a lovely little oasis. I would happily stay there again.

Quiet, clean, and everything functioned well. I enjoyed a restful stay.

It's quitet and has everything for short and long vacation.

The rooms are very clean and the bed is comfortable. However, you can hear the people walking above you if you are on the ground floor (I had brought a portable white noise maker so was not an issue for me) and the property uses strong smelling chemicals to clean the rooms. Despite these negative points, I would stay at this hotel again.

You can hear EVERYTHING from the street and from the shared outdoor space of the property. Nights were noisy and restless. Sheets had stains on them. Disappointing. Didn't not meet expectations.

It was late night but the staff was quick and available for their setup for checking in. Not much to the location and anonymities. Outside is much nicer than the inside. Parking is very very tight but not a problem for me, just possibly a challenge for most people It works for a quick one night business stay but I don't think it would be anything I would stay personally

Very convenient property location, and the room was excellent. Very spacious nice furnishings and the shower and bathroom were well appointed.

Room was clean. The sliding door for the bathroom would not stay closed when in use. Area was safe and clean. Parking spots are TINY. No problems.

Location was good and ten minutes away from Grove mall. Unfriendly and unkind staff, too noisy during the night, you couldn't sleep at all because all people staying in the hotel were too noisy and loud and the staff didn't do anything for that. The whole building is made.from container (steel) and that increased noise and shaking. The first room was not clean and smell badly.. fortunately there was other room available and the staff transit us to other clean room. There was not available parking for us even if we booked the hotel for the parking area. We left from there tired and exhausted.. Not recommend.

The room was nice,clean , and spacious. Some vending machines would have been nice. Parking is very limited. Overall I would stay here again.

The location is amazing. We were able to walk to The Grove, Erewhon and several restaurants. The layout of the hotel is nice- rooms surrounding a little courtyard. They also had complimentary coffee and tea. The fold-out sofa was extremely uncomfortable. The other beds were relatively comfortable, but small. Parking is first-come, first-served, and spots are teensy, so if you don’t arrive early and have a small car, you won’t be able to park. Also, the lobby door and back entrance are just open to the world. We didn’t experience anything unsafe but I don’t know if it’s the most secure set up.

Location, cleanliness, quiet yet on a busy street. I didn’t see or find a closet

I absolutely loved the place—especially the fresh scent of the room. It was comfortable, the blinds were very nice, and the service was excellent.

Also, someone was having a very loud face time conversation in the courtyard area starting at 11:00 and speaking loudly well past midnight. Even after the the front desk was called. Parking was not really mentioned when we booked. If you can’t fit into one of their right parking spots maybe less than 10 total then you have to park in the street. You’ll probably have to park after 9:00 to get a relatively close spot. Someone with Florida plates parked poorly and blocked two spots. We notified the front desk as. They wouldn’t have them fix their parking. It was frustrating bc my mother is elderly. The walls were paper thin so you could hear everything but at least it was a comfy bed.

The room was cute and comfortable, but parking was horrendous. Great location.

Location was great and close enough to walk to the Grove, Melrose Trading Post, etc. Room was small but perfect for my stay, no complaints!
