Reviews
-
Highly recommended- a decent hotel.
-
Amazing location and the staff were very kind.
-
Nothing

The blinds were broken . The floor was so dirty our socks were actually black and we had a baby so it was impractical to put them on the floor to crawl. The shampoo holder broke off in the shower when we got in it was already all broken in the tub. Super noisy with other guest and homeless people walking in and out ?! It’s not secure at all and anyone can walk in. 1 star because there was parking but the parking spaces were so tight we were unable to open the doors anyway

It says Beautique Hotel. Its a Motel
-
Great location, friendly staff, however the bedding and room weren't very clean.
-
The floor was uneven in some areas, and the room only had blinds instead of curtains, which let in too much light and made it really uncomfortable to sleep.
-
Though the motel itself was decently renovated and things were clean and tidy, it was really difficult to get over the lingering "motel smell" and smell of smoke. It was truly the worst part of the stay. For the nightly cost (about $225/night) I expect at the very least a neutral smell. We found ourselves constantly trying to escape the room because of this.

Very nice
-
The only problem was the floor in the room was not clean. Need to mop when cleaning room. The beds and pillows were great. No guaranteed parking. Good location and close to the grove and farmers market.

Muy atentos ambos recepcionistas y es exactamente lo que buscaba

Friendly staff
-
Great location. Newly renovated rooms that were comfortable with basic necessities.
-
Cute decor. Clean room. Wonderful customer service (front desk even helped me with my luggage getting upstairs). Free parking! And directly across from The Grove, Farmers Market, and Erehwon. We did brunch at the Farmers Market (epanadas and hazelnut croissants...yum)
-
Close to the street and window are broken down. Literally $2xx is overpriced for a night. But free parking is great
-
Very good location.
-
The hotel was a bit misleading, and the parking wasn’t great. However, the excellent location and beautiful rooms definitely made up for it. I would stay here again for sure, but be aware that parking is first come, first served. Street parking is only allowed from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, so plan accordingly.

Parking is hard, I was lucky to find a spot. When I was going to bed, I found a hair under the sheets and a stain—I told them about it the next morning (we had a double queen room and ended up using only one bed), and was told the Property Manager would reach out to me. Since, I’ve tried calling and it sounds like it’s someone’s iPhone that the number is connected to (number on the website) and it will screen my call and never connect me with someone. I’ve left voicemails too and have not heard back at all. Good place if you plan on being in Beverly Hills, but I’m sure there’s much better.
