Good location Price and deposit procedure

Nothing is good about the room. The room is dirty and very smell we all got sick and couldn’t sleep all night cause of the smell the place need to be remodel or shut down . We didn’t not like the place cause the place is dirty and smell

The staff was very friendly, the location was good There was hair all over the bathroom floor, and some hair in the bathtub some drywall damage under the sink.

The condition of the room was completely unacceptable and unsanitary from the moment I arrived. Here are the specific issues I encountered: Bathroom Filth: The toilet had visible fecal matter smeared on and around the seat and bowl. There were brown drip stains on the porcelain, and the floor around the base was grimy and discolored. The entire bathroom had an unclean odor, and the shower had visible smear marks and residue on the walls, suggesting it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. Severe Floor Dirtiness: The floors throughout the room, especially in the bathroom, were extremely filthy. I placed a white towel on the floor which instantly turned black from the grime, confirming how unsanitary the surfaces were. The tile grout lines were visibly dark and sticky, with accumulated dirt in the corners and edges. Damaged and Dirty Bedding: The mattress box spring was torn and hanging in shreds along the side, exposing the inner material. This presents a health and hygiene risk, not to mention it looks incredibly neglected and unprofessional. The bed felt unclean and poorly maintained overall. Dust and Mold on Windowsills: The window ledges were caked in dust, grime, and what appears to be mold or water damage. The wood and paint were peeling, and there were signs of long-term neglect. This not only looked bad, but it contributed to the poor air quality in the room. General Neglect: From top to bottom, the room was in a state that suggests it hadn’t been properly cleaned or inspected in quite some time. It was not just untidy—it was unsanitary and potentially hazardous to health. This is far below what any guest should expect, regardless of the price or star rating. I was completely uncomfortable and appalled by the conditions and had no choice but to document everything. Based on the state of the room, I do not feel I received the basic standard of cleanliness or safety that any guest deserves.

Nothing did i like This hotel is uninhabitable and should not be on your website. The check-in area was dirty, dark and unclean. I promptly went down the street to the Best Western Hotel. For $40 more I got a very good, clean room, bed and breakfast.

It was cheaper then every other place on Saturday night, and still too much for this place I disliked very much how they feel it's ok to charge a convenience fee and processing fee after your stay. Very greedy dishonest
