While the property is an older BW it is super clean & very comfortable- the staff where always kind & helpful- I would definitely stay again if in the area!

The guy who helped us check in was very nice. The place was clean and spacious and my bf loved the chocolate chip cookies.

There was water leaking from an upstairs room into my bathroom. Most likley a one-off experiance but it impacted my stay. I will add the Staff was fantastic with handling the situation.

I was welcomed when I arrived and given a goodie bag. Fresh cookies were on the counter. Great coffee machine and a very nice breakfast bar. Nice hotel!

My only concern is that the shampoo bottles are the smallest bottles I’ve ever seen. They’re like for the size of children.

Ana, (clerk who checked me in) was most helpful, friendly and efficient. The hotel was VERY clean and tidy, and also quiet. Great location for traveling into Boulder/CU. Parking lot is well-lit and surrounding area is quiet and felt safe.

The desk clerks, housekeepers, and the staff that managed the breakfast were all very friendly and helpful. The manager performed extremely poorly. I was having trouble connecting with the internet; I contacted the tech support number provided when I checked in, but the tech person that answered said they only worked on WIFI problems and that I had to contact the front desk to clear up the problem. I went to the front desk and the manager told me in a condescending manner that there was nothing wrong with their internet, that the problem was operator error on my part. He took my phone, punched some buttons on it without telling me what he was doing and gave it back. I went back to my room and left the hotel a few minutes later and the manager asked me if MY phone was still working properly. I told him I thought he should focus on customer satisfaction and not my personal property. In both encounters the manager was flippant, condescending and rude and this bad attitude is not productive.

Basic, perfectly acceptable lodging when you need a place near Boulder. Breakfast is simple, typical for this type of property. The rooms are generally comfortable though I found the pillows to be flat and the sheets were a little past their prime with areas showing visible pilling. If they were to invest a little more in those types of details, it would be a standout three star hotel.
