Great job on the most recent updates

I loved everything!!

This time I asked 4 people to do the same and was ignored. They heard me, I guess service isn't on their list of things to do. Never again

Staff is great but the amenities are lacking. What they refer to as a restaurant is a small area with 4 bar stools next to a larger area with tables. However, there are no servers, you must walk to the bar area to order of the very limited menu. They also do not have smart TV's or the ability to login to your own accounts to stream TV. Bring your amazon stick!

clean, nice pool, ample parking

New facility in great order. Our room was clean and tidy. A refreshing spot for a few nights rest.

The common areas could use a sweep and a mop, overall, not too bad. There was a very loud room above us, we tried calling the front desk and it would disconnect every time. The rooms were clean and stocked and a convenient location for our needs for a one night stay.

The beds were terrible!!!!

Very poor management, there was one employee at the front desk, he was amazing. He worked his butt off because the hotel had issues with the key lock system to customers doors. He had 45 check-in that night and he was all alone his manager knew about the situation I contacted her as well through phone and no one returned my call. The man was stranded at the hotel with no help sweating wow guest we’re standing around trying to get in the road. There were several guests that were not happy with the situation due to poor management. The hotel manager knew about the situation and did not come in or send help. The lock situation did not get fixed therefore, you either had to get front desk to let you into your room or leave your door propped to get back in your room which leaves and opening for someone to come in and steal your stuff the hotel is nice. I give it five stars, but the management is very poor. I contacted Marriott home office to report the issue. I’ve stayed here before and it was an amazing stay, but the fact that an emergency or in a situation where things go wrong management does not care. I think Scott needs a raise for his ability to manage all the chaos by himself.
