Rooms smelled like cigarette smoke, elevator was broken. Rooms weren’t cleaned even after requested. Needed to pay for early check in. Room door found open

The girl who checked us in was so pleasant and had a great attitude!! Will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Breakfast was great as well!!

Close to our event in Boulder but gets you out of the madness of Boulder! Room was clean and nice size. Quiet. Only one working elevator. A first for us: wrong size toilet seat! Someone put a standard seat on an elongated bowl. Why?

If all y9ou are looking for is a place to sleep then this location is fine. you can tell its owned or ran by someone who just cares

The room had an unpleasant smell. When I entered the bathroom and opened the toilet I knew why. The toilet was full of human faeces …

Breakfast was mediocre. Location was good I was expecting house cleaning every day-but it is only upon request

Location Covid is long gone. Clean the rooms and provide make up service daily. Also rooms are starting to feeel a little tired with maintenance wanting. Bathtub chipping. Facing coming off furniture. Drapes wearing thin tearing.

Man at front desk Upon check in was very nice & helpful. Room was nice . Location good Lady at front desk very rude , unhelpful & aggressive to my 19 year old daughter! Elevator at back of hotel Out of order Pool very green and unusable for length of stay . Light breakfast offered very sparse

The bathroom had mold, there was hair that wasn’t ours in the shower, and the furniture and even the door to the room looked like it had taken a beating more than once.

The hotel has this musky smell and smell dirty. I resorted to buying air freshener for the room and bathroom. No issues with the staff. If you have 3 nights or less, they don't automatically clean the rooms. You have to request for it to be cleaned 24hrs in advanced. We had a stay from Thursday night through Monday and never once did they come clean the room or replace the towels.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. Carpets could be cleaner. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of parking. New owners were working on fixing minor issues.

Nothing but cold cereal @ hard bread & the coffee machine had to be worked on Previous hotel had daily room cleaning -had to ask for clean towels here - then told room cleaning was only fone when requested-(was not told this until asking)

I liked the work out room. Nice facility great location. Easy walk to local grocery and other food establishments.

Exceptional

I was checked in without incident but when my card didn’t work when I tried to get into my room, I took it back to the front desk and the girl working there acted put out that my key didn’t work before she begrudgingly fixed it. Breakfast was underwhelming, toast, cereal, coffee that was empty. They have a small fitness center and one of the two treadmills didn’t work. It wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, but it was a far cry from the best.
