It was a comfortable bed, weird smell in the hotel and rooms though. There are 2 elevators, 1 has been broken for 2+ years. I started at the same hotel 2 years ago and only 1 was working then too

When I first checked in, Ann checked me in, I was grateful about the room, its size and space I had. All the staff was amazing. I recommend this one if you're staying in the area.

Horrible service. Requested housekeeping 3 separate times and never received it. Had to go down to front desk to get clean sheets and towels 2 separate times. Will not be back.

Staff were all friendly and we felt the sheets and towels were clean and crisp. We had everything we needed for a nice stay!

The room we reserved and paid for was not available. The room they gave us, had plumbing issues. It took 2 days before maintenance attempted to fix the issue, which they were not successful. They left black sewer debris in the tub, didn't even have house keeping clean behind them. We insisted on being moved to a new room. The front desk staff was unable to determine which rooms had been cleaned the prior day. After about an hour they asked if we were ok with moving to a room with 2 queen beds. The room had 2 double beds, turns out the hotel doesn't have any rooms with queen beds. The laundry was out of order, the sign recommended going to the hotel next door. An elevator was out of order. A vehicle was vandalized in the parking lot and we assume management was with the police filing a report. The following morning we asked the hotel staff who was talking to the police what had happened, she lied and said there had been no police. After pressing her on the issue she said a guest had called the police. Breakfast was the worst we've ever had. The first 2 mornings no breakfast meat was available. Sausage on the 3rd morning made my husband sick. Another morning no fruit. Coffee / hot water was not available on many occasions. Carpet in desperate need of cleaning, along with other repairs. This hotel would have been very nice to stay at when it was new with better management, it's a shame that the current management isn't maintaining a better standard.

nice looking , generally well maintained property. Surprised one has to ask for maid service. New concept for me. didn't mind. and also odd, on checkout pages, asking for a tip- it didn't permit more than $1
