Pools chlorine was high and turned my womens color a whole different color and destroyed my kids eyes

I arrived at 10 pm to find that they cancell

First floor room, window locks didn’t work and door nighttime lock was missing. As a woman traveling alone, this was uncomfortable.

Room was acceptable. There were stains on the floors. The garbage disposal malfunctioned but the maintenance team was able to fix. The phone did not have a dial tone, so I was not able to contact the front desk without talking to them face to face.

We were very pleased with our stay.

We only needed accommodations for one night but would’ve happily stayed much longer! The executive studio was spotless and so comfortable. The breakfast was also great. Great atmosphere and stay all around!

When I got there they had told me the initial hold on my card for securities was 80 dollars they ended up taking $601 dollars off of my card for securities which was never refunded back to my account addition we extended our stay another 4 days which lead to them taking up to 200 in securities off my card each day each room which was also not refunded I am still in dispute for refund after the 4th day of renewal my sister's boyfriend smoked in the room we were asked to leave with very little time given police on site which was not needed we were also told that the 100 dollars each we spent on the renewal pwr room with another 100 each in securities each would be refunded that was never refunded the staff was terrible they didn't have timely service no one knew anything about policy or procedures so we got different answers from everyone management was rude and pushed to escalate issue when there was no need she was short tempered and disrespectful like she was trying to push us into a physical altercation I want my refunds back that are due which I am still fighting for which should be all days and I want a refund of the renewal fee for the room that day they charged both rooms a smoking fee even tho it was only the one room from my brother-in-law so that should not be included in securities at all I have tried reaching out to cooperate head quarters and have received no response i will escalate this to any platform I can until resolved

Pool out of order. No obvious signage for property, could not find it. AC didn’t stay cold, toilet leaks at intake hose, bottom handle of dresser in closet lose

The room was so comfortable and well laid out. The kitchen was well-supplied. The only problem is that there was not a smart TV, just satellite or cable with a limited number of channels. Breakfast options are delicious.

We found this hotel because we needed a suite with two rooms. The suite was amazing! We had everything we needed and it was very convenient with the kids sleeping in different rooms. The staff is amazing and very attentive. The pool area was also well maintained.

Breakfast was good. The room was nice. The bathroom was big.

The exterior grounds were not well kept. Hallway rugs at the doors were very dirty. We had a stain on our sofa although it did look like it had been vacuumed. Overall the room was clean. The vanity in the bathroom was extremely low. Breakfast not the greatest, we stuck with oatmeal. Our room floor actually had a slope by the window where it appears the foundation may have settled. Overall I think there are a lot of exterior issues but the room was clean and bed comfortable. We got stuck on the first floor so you could hear footsteps above us, which started at 5:30 am.

Clean, convenient and staff were friendly. Breakfast and coffee were great.

We enjoyed the coziness of the property. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. It was a peaceful and relaxing stay for us. The breakfast was good and they offered many options. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The entire property was clean and well maintained.

This had everything we needed very clean very home like comforts will definitely stay there again

The front desk person who checked me, announced my room number in front of other people at the front desk. This should have not been said for all to hear. It can become a security issue. Someone could say they lost their card and ask for my room number.
