It would be nice if they would keep up on the exterior grounds, pick up pine cones, the mulch, etc...

This location was perfectly fine and clean. They just didn't have an elevator the second floor which was odd and annoying.

The front staff was very helpful and it was a nice, quiet stay, and the location was very accommodable.

They must tear down this property and rebuild everything if they want to conduct hospitality business there. DO NOT go there and stay.

Friendly staff, really comfortable beds. I loved the access to the parking lot from my room. Made it super easy to get my luggage in and out. One of the better continental breakfasts I’ve seen. I would absolutely stay here again.

Food crumbs on the floor, carpet not vacuumed. Room was smelling

Seemed sad and rundown. I didn't even want to shower because the bathroom felt sterile and depressing. Cheap and adequate is my review.

AC worked Filthy floors, chairs, bathroom smelled strange, as well as the lobby area. The person at the front during check-in was not very pleasant - did not smile once.

table top are sticky, stain on TV, chair has lot of dust and dirt, carpet has lot of dirty marker, drink hot water is not hot, filter water not working. I was talk to other people, they all say is dirty only front desk is good. not going to use this place any more, and will let friends know. I was stay 4 days, don't care no one was clean the room, but they must give nice clean room.

there is no elevator! and we were put on the 2nd floor with lots of luggage. It wasn't full so they could have kept us on the ground floor

No issues. Close to Boulder and I’d stay here again for the price.

Staff was so nice. Breakfast was decent except they couldn’t seem to keep enough coffee for the customers. One day the coffee maker was down, so there was no coffee at all.
