This is was our 3rd stay at this property. It is always clean, the staff is helpful/friendly and the rooms are comfortable. We especially appreciated the AC being cranked up after we moved our daughter to CU Boulder on a 106 degree day! It was like walking into paradise! We will happily stay again :)

Wonderful place to stay

We were given a handicapped room that awkward to be comfortable in. We had booked a week previous for a regular room and were told there was nothing else because they were fully booked. The room was in disrepair and missing basic items ie pillow and trash can. The room was clean and quiet.

I have stayed in many Choice Hotel properties so I know what to expect. This property is way below par. Dated, dingy and dirty - will not stay here again. Franchisee needs to put a lot of work in here or Choice should step in.

Older hotel could use some updating but overall it was clean and while our beds were very soft they were comfortable. The room had a few minor things that need to be fixed but nothing earth shattering. The location is perfect and it’s quiet. I would stay here again. Wish the exercise equipment room was operational but it wasn’t.

Location The room hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time, the furniture was stained, and the room smelled awful, there was a smell of smoke and the air conditioner made it worse when it was on. The corners along the baseboards were cruddy with old dirt and debris, overall very uncomfortable trying to sleep with the smell of the room.

Travelling can be fun, but stressful at the same time. The people with whom you interact with can make it a lot better. That was my case. I really appreciate their friendly and helpful staff. The inn was in a great and peaceful location.

Breakfast had a good selection. Room smelled like dirty feet and pillows smelled like sweaty hair, but it was clean

This was a bargain stay, at a no frills place. NO ELEVATOR! After a 17 hour travel day, that about did us in. The room was clean, the pillows were old, the sheets were comfy. Be aware, next to the hotel, there is some type of plant, or manufacturing/metal grinding? going on. The noise went on all night. We travel with earplugs, so we still got some sleep. Just your basic hotel. No major complaints.
