Quality Inn Louisville - Boulder

They would not let me check in and they kept my money I want it back

The air conditioning worked well, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a fine budget hotel to stay at.

Do not stay here!!! Room was dirty. The bed had stains on it. Will never stay at a Quality Inn again.

The breakfast had a good selection of warm & cold foods, although it would have been nice to have other fruit than only apples. Check-in was very frustrating in that the first room that I was put in, which was on the second floor and there’s no elevator, had not been cleaned and there was unmade beds and a lot of trash. I was told it was an oversight and had been inadverdantly marked as having been cleaned.This front desk person checked the second room before giving me the key and said that one was clean. And it had been cleaned, but certainly looked like it needed to be vacuumed. Also, there were no hangers and the front desk told me there were no extras to give me. And then I found out in the morning that the coffee machine in the room didn’t work. I went down to the coffee decanter near the front desk three different times to get some coffee and to ask for a different coffee maker and there was nobody at the desk each time. Finally, when the housekeeper came to clean, I mentioned the coffee maker to her and she verified it did not work and said she would let the front desk know. Overall, I was unimpressed by this visit…. and I travel a lot.

The breakfast was super basic and lacking. Property was old and not very clean. But convenient location

The first room given was not cleaned. Gym has been under repair for more than one year. Staff was helpful.

I was surprised by the $100 damage deposit, and wished that I could have been provided with a written receipt for that refundable charge.

Surprisingly good breakfast with delicious bacon. This is an old property in need of a major update.

Comfortable No elevator, which is a big challenge if you are a bit older or in any way have limited capacity.

The room was clean and roomy. The breakfast was good with several choices. I would recommend staying there.

Location was very good near shops, restaurants etc . The hotel is a 2 story building without elevator so if someone in your party can’t climb steps you better call ahead to be sure the hotel has first floor rooms available.

No elevator. Room was comfortable. Building is tired.

The breakfast was ok, the room was nice - comfy beds. We mainly stay here for the location - close to the CU Events center in Boulder without paying Boulder prices. Also convenient to restaurants. The fitness center was closed, the pillows weren't very comfortable, there were the smallest ever shampoo and conditioner and no one made up our room while we were out.

Run down property showing wear. Carpet that makes you think carefully about removing shoes in the room. Cracked, wobbly tiles on the bathroom floor. Needs a refresh.

Breakfast was great each day, very clean, my only issues were that there weren’t very many travel size washing liquids (shampoo/conditioner etc) so i had to go back out to buy those unfortunately, the bed was way too soft for me too but just personal preference

I loved how friendly the staff was. I loved that the staff accommodated our needs.

It was a perfect location for my daughter; she enjoyed the stay.

Poor hotel badly maintained and looking tired and old all over. Breakfast very poor.

Overran the room was clean but the shower set up caused water to leak. It made the rug wet which was gross
