Breckinridge Inn

Second room, stained bed covers on one of the beds I was in town for a few days so housekeeping asked should she clean the room while I was away, I said "yes". She did NOT empty the trash, clean the coffee pot, leave or leave fresh coffee. Wifi was spotty and worked sporadically. Really disappointed because I have stayed at the Inn several times in the past and this was by far the worst in service and accommodations.

The property is in a nice location with a residential feeling. Staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. A unique travel experience, and this would be our first choice next time we are in Louisville. Pool was closed, but this is no reflection on the propety or management. DCD guidelines must be obeyed.....

Staff was the best! That it was closing

It was a quiet location and we had no problems while we were there. We stayed three nights and were pleasantly surprised- room was clean, big, and comfortable. I don’t think they had many guests staying while we were there. The bed was comfortable and there wasn’t a ton of light coming into the room, so I was able to sleep. Very pet friendly with reasonable pet fee. The hotel is a little dated, but I would definitely stay here again.

The location The pool hours, the service wasn't with a smile and not curtious at all

The hotel was really clean,the staff was really friendly. Housekeeping came early both days we stayed,I didn’t let them clean the room because we was still getting dressed,and also the pools was closed and that’s one reason we have booked this hotel.

Jerry Green’s was a great time. The noisy people across the hall from us. Was older and out dated.

Everything as usual. Always feel safe and secure. The price had gone up a lot from the last time we stayed.

Nothing Check in dude high as hell. No masks on employees but all guests are required. Hotel is being sold and the overall attitude is who cares, we are closing anyway. Been staying at this place and sending them customers for 10 years. Always 5 star, always great service. It has now turned into a crack motel. Avoid

The indoor pool was really nice There is a night club in the hotel. Our room was right over the lobby by the elevator. There was loud music from the club until 3am and a lot of people making noise in the hallways.

Nothing No facilities were open. Manager told me to leave since nothing was ooen. Gave me 20 minutes to get out

The mattress was firm The bathtub was dirty the water was black when you turned it on the toilet paper role holder was broken the tv remote didn't work had to step on a chair to get into bed the beds we're so high no pillows no elevators

The staff was super nice. This was a great location. The place was clean and the room was a good size. The bathroom didnt have enough counter space.

The breakfast was nothing but coffee so I didn't Have no breakfast I request a special Room and they already had it booked out

Our room was clean and had comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

They are closing in mid June 2021. Sad to see them go!

The place was absolutely clean .quiet. The pool my grandson enjoyed Was kinda of upset .the cleaning lady gave me excuses why it was just her and she couldn't get to our room..I asked her for clean towels. And garbage bags. Cleaned my room MYSELF

Pool and location

The location is great and I like the historic, cozy feel to the hotel. I also love how there is an indoor and outdoor pool. Thought it was a very good value. They are still not serving breakfast, not even a to-go bag, but the website said there would be something. The coffee served is not good. Was also disappointed that the fitness center did not open before 7 AM. For those trying to get in a workout before work, a 7 AM open time is not early enough. I asked to be let in but the front desk person would not comply. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.
