I have stayed here many times. Nice place and great location. Gym is good in order not to miss a day exercising.

excellent
-
Stay here all the time, and it’s as convenient as a place can be!
-
one elevator was broken and the other didn't work half the time. I'm 80 I cannot walk the stairs.
-
Elevators broke the next morning Had to carry everything down from 5th floor.
-
One elevator was broke and the buttons on the other one were contrary. Per management, been that way for a long time.
-
Both elevators were defective. One was not operating at all, and one had a faulty main floor button. It has apparently been like this for months but the owners had not addressed the problem. Tiles on the floor in the room were popped up a bit and snagged my foot on them. No injury, just annoying. Breakfast should have been free because it was not good. The fruit was old and bruised and the yogurt was expired. There were no towels stocked in the pool area. Beds were clean.
-
Great hotel, clean and in a nice area - really enjoy my stays there (and the blackout curtains are wonderful) - but until they fix the elevator I’m not planning to be back. The staff even has signs up about how the owners won’t fix it. Unacceptable.
-
The dining amenities were lacking in terms of time. Very limited availability. Which I get with the nearby dining options, but walking in the rain to any of them is extremely inconvenient. The iron in the room didn't get hot enough to make a difference -- it just didn't get hot. The room itself was comfortable.

The pool was out of service and they charged me 56 dollars and I don’t know why I’ve called several times

Good staff. Elevator was out entire stay.

They need to fix the elevators. Employees have a letter in the elevator asking guests to contact owners bc they feel this should be done long time ago. One doesn’t work and the other one has some poorly functioning buttons. Employees were super helpful and nice. Pool is great. Close to massive mall and whole foods.

In the evening it would have been nice to have a pot of regular or decaf coffee available or some tea The pool was locked and they had to call someone and ask if they could open it and there was only one regular and one smaller towel available.
-
The property is very convenient to the greater Louisville area. The staff was great. However, the elevators do not work properly, and there are signs in the elevators stating such. The property management company has yet to address the issue per the hotel staff who are VERY frustrated with the elevators themselves. Please fix that!!!

We loved the area and will be back but for the love of our backs I think we will stay elsewhere. Didn't eat the breakfast for $18 a person we ate out cheaper.
-
Only one elevator working and only some of the floors/buttons worked in the working one. The hotel staff even posted a note to complain to the owners as they will not fix the problem.

1) AC in the room squeals a lot. Woke me up a few times. 2) Water faucet in the room was barely connected, wobbled around a lot. 3) The luggage carts are those god-awful tricycle style ones that are open on one side and barely hold any luggage at all. I had to make three separate trips to get everything up to my room. 4) Their breakfast situation was weird and not clearly explained. They have a fairly generic hot buffet style breakfast, which is free one day, but then $16 every other day. Not a big deal, but I was surprised. A little expensive considering there are great breakfast places nearby that have better food for a lower price so I usually left for breakfast. 5) Parking was not free, which is insane. It's not in a dense city with limited parking. It's literally surrounded by a desolate unused parking lot. Very cheap and petty cash grab. On principle, if I had known about this before, I wouldn't have stayed here, because most hotels in a suburban environment don't nickle and dime you like that. One the plus side, it has those complete blackout curtains with the contained edges that make the room completely dark, which helped me sleep a lot better. I don't know why every hotel doesn't have these.
