We stayed there again on 8/3 on our way out of town. This was worse. First we were given room that had not been cleaned. Then after getting an "upgrade" to another room the shower water valve fell off so the shower was unusable. To top it off, the one elevator was still down and when we tried to use the other one we could not get the first floor button to engage so we ended up taking the stairs (with suitcases) from the second floor. The counter clerks seemed to know about the button and said you had to push it in just the right way in one corner. We had stayed here several years ago and thought it was fine and had no problems. It is off my list of places to stay now though.

Very well kept property, located in a nice area, a mall and movie theater across the street. Plenty of restaurants around. Located 2 minutes from the highway. Parking was free and in abundance. The breakfast was nothing to rave about. Overall, pleasant stay, spacious room.

This was our second or third time to stay at this location while in town for medical treatment. The hotel is clean and comfortable with easy access and parking. The staff is always friendly and the breakfast buffet is above average! We will be back!

We weren’t allowed the “free breakfast” because we had booked through Expedia.

Terrible service, elevator is not working, smell in the room.

The elevator being out and the need for housekeeping to utilize it so often was a huge inconvenience for guests but I understand something they can't overcome but both elevators really were broken and one was completely out of service.

Just a one night stay, one elevator was out of service so that was kinda annoying but staff wad nice. I did get charged for parking when it says free parking in the description. I called and they reimbursed it no problem.

The sheets on the bed could be better quality.
