This place is great. Second year staying here during an event, and I couldnt have been happier. Clean and spacious rooms. Except for road noise, which was to be expected in this location, it was very quiet. You are right next to to resturants and there are plenty of others within a very short drive. Shopping close by if you need anything too. Great location if you dont wanna be downtown, but still have civilization near.

Super clean but the double queen room was a bit tight for our needs. The staff was super helpful. The only complaint was that the window of our room was facing rhe interstate and the traffic was very loud all night, which made it difficult to sleep. Other than that the rest of the hotel was quiet and peaceful.

I got in very late due to construction and caring for my 2 kids. The staff noticed my exhaustion and made every effort to accommodate a late checkout for me despite them having a fullhouse because of the music fest. Kyle at the front desk was extremely helpful with my stay, and he is just an incredibly kind and caring person who is interested in perfecting everyone's stay. He really goes all out for everyone. The hotel and room were very clean. There is a workout room and an indoor pool. There was a delicious, fully cooked breakfast in a dedicated area. The room was comfy and so were the beds.

Disappointing

Everyone on your staff was awesome and so very pleasant! This was the most courteous staff that I have encountered in a long time. Thank you for the hospitality.

Breakfast was good. Well laid out and continuously re-supplied. The only negative for me was the appearance of chicken sausage. Just the chicken sausage.

Breakfast was good and plentiful. The appearance of chicken sausage was a disappointment, though. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The property was very well maintained, and the room and amenities were excellent. Chicken sausage tries too hard to be real sausage, and falls short every time. That was the only shortcoming that I could think of. I'm also having trouble with Hilton Honors, maybe related to the fact that I went through Booking.com?

Very clean and comfortable. Parking was convenient and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommend.

Seemed brand new and very clean. Our room was larger than normal and very comfortable. Good breakfast including the scrambled eggs.

The A/C in the room shut off around 10pm and no amount of adjustment would bring it back on. The front desk says they do not shut off A/C at night, but it miraculously started working again at 6am. Needless to say, I had a sleepless and sweaty night. Hotel staff offered nothing except an apology.

We have stayed here before with not prior issues, this time we did find a bed bug. This is usually a very well kept hotel. Hopefully just a one time occurrence.
