The sweet are so nice. The living room part is big and has enough room for a big family. It has nice microwave and refrigerator and they also supply plates for spoons glasses knives the only thing missing was a stove. It also has a coffee pot. The beds are very, very comfortable in the rooms were exceptionally clean. We will definitely stay there when we visit Louisville every time plus they have a buffet breakfast and they even have pancakes and a little waffle maker you make fresh waffles, eggs, toast, bagels hashbrowns, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, milk, orange juice, apple juice, cranberry juice, coffee, and they have plenty of tables for you to sit at and enjoy your breakfast or you can take it back to your room. I definitely give this place five stars.

My wife and I spent an evening and the room was in need of an update. The sink in the bathroom was dripping water. The kitchen sink was leaking water and the bed was over used. And there was a lot of noise from air conditioners or people flushing the toilet taking showers. I would give it a two two and a half stars out of five.

Quick check in/out, very spacious rooms, clean, plenty of amenities, in a nice area, would recommend to anyone.

Room was clean, breakfast was terrible. Few choices. Powered eggs, poor bagels. Coffee good.

This hotel is in dire need of updating!!! As well the staff is in need of hospitality training courses. The breakfast area isn't maintained at all. The dish in the small refrigerator holding single serv butter and cream cheese hasn't been cleaned in several weeks. There are multiple rusted screws and washers on the stainless steel buffet area. I can only assume that the health rating given to this facility was bought and payed for. I truly mean no disrespect towards anyone ,but this place is outrageous!

This is our go to place to stay when in Louisville. The staff is always so nice and helpful and the facility always clean and comfortable. We will continue to make this our place to stay when we are in town visiting family.

Room was never serviced during our 4-night stay. Breakfast ran out of essentials for 2 days in a row i.e. no whole milk, orange juice. One day no milk at all. Also one day there were no pool towels. Noisy neighbors in adjoining room. Screaming kids in the hall. Advise that you find another place to stay.

they need to improve the breakfast item availability. other than that every thing is good.

Good value stay in the St Matthew’s area.

Loved everything about the place. Walking distance to a park and close driving distance to the malls and other places

This is my third stay at this hotel. Staff are always fantastic.

Our room was located near the elevator, and we could hear it dinging throughout our stay, especially when things were quieter. The complimentary breakfast was okay, but the selection was fairly limited, so don't expect a lot of variety. Overall, it met our basic needs, but with some updates and a better breakfast selection, it would be a much more enjoyable place to stay.

Staff friendliness

Hotel was a little dated, but the room was clean and the staff was friendly. Disappointed in the breakfast. Was expecting quite a buffet by the look of things when we checked in, but it turned out to be pretty minimal.

A/c was super loud. Property was a bit dated, but maintained well. Breakfast was much better than it appeared, area could be brightened up a bit. Overall it was a good experience, no real complaints.

This was worst hotel I stayed. When in room tub was half way with water. Call staff say we don’t have maintenance person. Room was average with old furniture. Breakfast no food. Waffle batter was fill with water, juice machine was depending water instead of juice. I should get my money refund. Horrible hotel.

Very nice room, living room, kitchen, bedroom with king size bed. Very reasonably priced . The breakfast provided was generic, but still provided several selections. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to restaurants, shopping, etc.
