Loved everything about the place. Walking distance to a park and close driving distance to the malls and other places

This is my third stay at this hotel. Staff are always fantastic.

Great

Our room was located near the elevator, and we could hear it dinging throughout our stay, especially when things were quieter. The complimentary breakfast was okay, but the selection was fairly limited, so don't expect a lot of variety. Overall, it met our basic needs, but with some updates and a better breakfast selection, it would be a much more enjoyable place to stay.

Staff friendliness

Hotel was a little dated, but the room was clean and the staff was friendly. Disappointed in the breakfast. Was expecting quite a buffet by the look of things when we checked in, but it turned out to be pretty minimal.

A/c was super loud. Property was a bit dated, but maintained well. Breakfast was much better than it appeared, area could be brightened up a bit. Overall it was a good experience, no real complaints.

This was worst hotel I stayed. When in room tub was half way with water. Call staff say we don’t have maintenance person. Room was average with old furniture. Breakfast no food. Waffle batter was fill with water, juice machine was depending water instead of juice. I should get my money refund. Horrible hotel.

Very nice room, living room, kitchen, bedroom with king size bed. Very reasonably priced . The breakfast provided was generic, but still provided several selections. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to restaurants, shopping, etc.

The hotel itself was great. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We were even able to get connected rooms and open them up between the two. Staff was ok. I had to get a key card redone and it felt like I was inconveniencing the employee, but she was awesome enough to get us the conjoined rooms. The biggest complaint/concern was that there is no hot tub but you can see on in the main pictures. You can tell where it use to be by the pool and that they filled it in with cement

The hallway leading to the elevator could stand a good cleaning. The furniture in the lobby could also stand a good cleaning. The staff was fine and tried to help when we needed something.

The rooms were clean, but the only reason they didn't get 5 ⭐'s is because the 🚽 was broken in one of my rooms and they couldn't fix it til after we checked out. Other then that, staff was nice, great breakfast, love the little kitchens in our rooms. Pool looked nice didn't get to swim in it.

The overall thing was very good my only no no is that the swimming pool was very very, very cold for everybody

Nice room with living room and a kitchen. Indoor pool was nice on a rainy day. Housekeeping staff was friendly but front desk was not friendly.

As usual this was a good experience and the best value in the area. Staff was good, rooms were clean and breakfast was adequate.

I like the hotel and the staff. However, we've noticed during our last stays that the facility is in decline and the building and grounds upkeep is lacking attention. Breakfast offerings are sparcer than past years. It appears to us that Wyndham is harvesting this facility. I would like to see Wyndham invest in this property to bring it back up to past high standards.

Very clean, great location for shopping. Friendly staff, ok BF , nice large rooms , comfy bed.
