It was nice

Loved having a suite for our long weekend stay. The mattress wasn’t as comfortable as I’m used to, but overall everything was great. Would definitely stay there again.

I liked that the hotel was fairly centrally located to all of the places on my itinerary. No decent options for breakfast (vegan) Several lights in the room didn’t work. There were clothes from the previous guests still in the room in plain sight. The pillowcases were stained.

Nice property. Enjoyed our stay.

We were traveling late at night and already had a reservation through Expedia. We pulled up on the property and sat in the lobby for almost 1 hour waiting on somebody to come to the front desk and never got helped. We had to leave and go to the next hotel.

Pretty much everything All good

The nice bits were the bed was comfortable, the linens were nice, the room was big, and check-in was easy. The rest of it isn't BAD per se, but not good. My room had a bit of an odor to it. I'd classify it as "musty". It wasn't heinous but definitely noticeable. There was a black stain on the carpet in front of the closet, which was missing a door. There's nothing in the room that talked about how to access the wifi, nor anything at the front desk. The TVs still only have basic cable. It's 2026. Those two items should be nonnegotiable. Didn't hate my stay but wouldn't come back.

It was fine got what we needed, in town for 3 nights for music festival. Breakfast was decent eggs, sausage or bacon, hash browns or potatoes, waffle station, yogurt, cereal, muffins. Our room was a king suite, so it was a living room, kitchenette and bedroom. It was quiet but I always use a sound machine app. Bed was comfy. The whole place just needs cleaned really well or completely updated.

I'm very picky & our stay here was fantastic! They were very busy with the B&B Fest going on, but you'd never know it! Staff was extremely professional, kind & accommodating. Free breakfast buffet was great! And the fact we had access to the athletic club next door was an added bonus! We will definitely be back!

Move to a different room across had 2 nights no noise 3rd night hear people outside talking woke me up 2am Typical breakfast only fruit is apple No healthy breakfast have unhealthy kind of yogurt

The location is great and it's easy to get around Louisville from here. The hotel was clean and in a nice area, so safety was never a concern. That said, everything needs updating, from the lobby to the breakfast area to the rooms. The AC was also very loud. We paid festival prices, which were outrageous, and we resigned ourselves to what we got, but it's disappointing to pay that much for an average hotel. The check-in staff on duty didn't get up from their seats, so we had to lean over the counter to hear and be heard. There was also a small child behind the desk with them. That's not an issue for me, but it did seem to be a distraction. The price, The outdated decor and the lackluster employees.

The hotel staff was great, room and lobby were clean. Breakfast offered and items available for purchase as well after hours. Close to shopping areas and food options also. I traveled here for Louder Than Life and never felt judged or like my presence at the hotel was unappreciated. They made me feel like a valued guest, even if I looked like a heathen lol My only complaint was that my room door was very hard to open and i felt like I was breaking in or disturbing neighbors haha. Other than that, I very much enjoyed my stay and will stay here again!

We staid for 4 nights (checked in on Thurs. 9/11 and checked out on 9/15). The room was not cleaned at all. We requested many times with the front desk’s staff, day and evening. All of them promised the cleaning for that day. Not once we saw the cleaning ladies in the room. We had to ask for clean towels, soap, shampoo at front desk every time we came back to the hotel. And the staff would say “it’s schedule for today”. And nothing! The staff was nice but Even the manager didn’t solve our problem with room cleaning . We were there for work, could use the amenities of the hotel. Food was regular. Not much variety in terms of yogurts, fruits, breads. But eggs were excellent.
