Be careful with the cockroaches

Ladies were very nice and understanding! Room was clean n had no problems at all.

When I checked in, I was told that housekeeping only comes once every 2 weeks. When I went to take my issues to staff at checkout, nobody came to the desk, but I heard them talking in the back. There was mold in my room, the room felt wet, the pillows STANK of old sweat, other people’s trash was in the trash still, and way more. I didn’t complain immediately, as I absolutely needed a place for 5 nights and didn’t want kicked out! This stay was AWFUL!

We checked in, unloaded everything and got settled in for the night. After taking a shower, we realized that the room above us had a leak in the ceiling and was literally about to burst through, They had to move us to a new room which was definitely a down grade compared to where we were. The carpet was old and nasty, the walls and door were covered in dirt and handprints, and the smell that came from the room when we opened the door almost took your breath away. We were never offered any compensation for the leak or the down grade in the room, and we were told that it was the only room available. The staff was nice and tried to be accommodating but we paid almost $200 a night for a room that I wouldn't have paid $40 a night for.

Do not stay here..We walked into our room and it smelled like mildew so bad, we immediately left and went to the office to tell them that we couldn't stay here cause of the smell and my allergies..The woman working the desk said no problem, call Expedia and they can call me and I'll give you a refund, when Expedia called she said she refused to give me a refund because we didn't check out properly..I was so mad that I put a freeze on my credit card

It was close to a Starbucks Room had furniture that was damaged and falling apart. There was this old fake leather recliner in the room that had cigarette burn damage and this awful smell to it. Bathroom was fine and clean. Rest of the room was not as nice…..

Booked a room and paid for it and was told after that there were no pet friendly rooms available. Still waiting on my refund

I felt like there could have been more options besides , a chocolate muffin , oatmeal , and coffee . The fact that due to a previous fire , television wasn't available .

I'll enjoy and everything about the The stay at your property hell no complaints. Looking for a staying there next year

Location No one at front desk at check out. Could not use cash to pay for room. 100 deposit. Furniture was old and falling apart. Was not worth the money. 25. Dog deposit.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff. It was very quiet nd peaceful. I would return.

My key card didn't work on the door the first time, but staff was able to resolve the issue pretty quick.

The lady at the front desk was nice. There were drug deals going on in the parking lot. And probably twenty people loitering in the parking lot. My wife felt very unsafe and we did not stay.

The biggest reason I chose this accommodation was the nearness to where I needed to be the next (early) morning. I'd stayed once before so knew where it was located in relation to where I needed to be. I'm sorry to say that the accommodation is kind of rundown and I feel as though the carpet and other items in the room (sheets/towels/etc.) are not truly "clean," and kind of feel like the place needs to be updated and outdated/overused things like carpet, drapes, bed linens/comforter need to be completely replaced.

The front death staff with a little rude. There was no Wi-Fi or cable access and my phone get no service in the room.
