Location was perfect Not quite as clean as it could have been

The tv wasn’t working so that was a big disappointment. I think there was a fire. Other than that it was ok.

Hotel suffered a fire one day prior to arrival. I was not made aware until checking in late at night. Office reeked of smoke and room had slight odor, TV and WiFi were not working. Staff were very rude and unprofessional

Disappointing

Probably the worst place we have ever stayed and we travel a lot… also broken down cars in the parking lot like people lived in their cars. Should also explain the neighborhood..

Not clean and people around the hotel were very shady and didnt feel safe.

On this road trip, we had stayed several nights at an excellent Extended Stay in Green Bay, Wisconsin. When we saw that there was an Extended Stay in Louisville, we booked the room, expecting a similar facility.

No silverware or dishes or pans. Rude staff Unsavory people hanging outside

Nothing would not recommend

No hairdryer in the room and couldn’t borrow one from the desk. Carpet was so dirty it rubbed off on our feet. But the bed, refrigerator and towels were great and the room was clean, except for the carpet. I’d stay again but take my own blow dryer.

Barely qualifies as breakfast, insufficient quantities for the number of guests. Thankfully there was a McDonalds very close by. If I had gotten the type of room I had reserved my stay would have been much more comfortable. I was not aware that a substitution had been made until I unlocked the door and walked in.
