I can’t love this place enough. Peaceful, beautiful and everyone is great. I need to mention James because he is just an amazing human. Definitely recommend.

This was a beautiful bed and breakfast! The staff were also phenomenal! We enjoyed Heidi and James very much!
-
Loved the warm welcome, pillow top bedding and of course, the welcome cookies! Heidi was so helpful about local sites. I can’t wait to return. The location is perfect and the windows are so beautiful. What a gem! Nothing

Amazing stay and hospitality. Will stay again

The property was beautiful, luxurious, historical, unforgettable, spacious. The grounds were beautiful with a nice fromt and rear porch. James was an amazing host and the breakfast was fantastic. The property was also located next to the park, which had a vibe similar to Savannah, Georgia. Breakfast is a slight additional cost when you book, but it's only a few dollars and is worth it. We would stay here again and can't recommend this place enough. There are no complaints. I only caution that if you park in the back parking area, be careful of the transition of the ramp when driving a car.

The breakfast as well as the host was awesome.

The room, host and breakfast were excellent. However, the UPS planes taking off and landing from the very nearby airport until well after midnight negated everything else. We checked out after the first night and requested a refund for the second night.

Very good

A wonderful stay across the street from the park. it was a1 block walk to fine dining. Breakfast in the morning was terrific. It was a great overnight stay.
-
The room had poor insulation and we could hear our next door neighbors, both their conversations and their tv until midnight. That meant we also did not have privacy. I wasn't a fan of the breakfast-2 dishes with oatmeal and no breads. It wasn't particularly pleasing to the eye in terms of presentation. The back porch was lovely, if a little dated in terms of the chair/sofa cushions. We enjoyed sitting out there under the ceiling fans and looking over the garden. Thank you

Would definitely stay again.

Our Innkeeper Annette was so friendly and helpful with local things to do and history of the area. The breakfast was incredible and we loved walking around Old Louisville.

The rooms were fantastic and they were decorated So beautiful me and my boyfriend loved the whole property from the dining room to the main sitting area. The pictures on the wall were so beautiful.
-
Outstanding renovated interior. All the antique furniture is well chosen and goes together as well as working well in the space. The bed is comfortable and the large windows and fifteen foot ceilings open up the room grandly yet the room has a sense of intimacy. Coffee available 24/7. Short walk to Shakespeare in the Park. The breakfast was delicious but a small portion.

Very neat old house, felt right at home. Breakfast was to die for! We love sitting around a big table and visiting with other guests. Highly recommended. Not a thing.

Not a thing.

Fresh lemon blueberry scones were there for a snack when I arrived near midnight. Wow. When booking, I didn’t think about the lack of elevator at this property. My 68 year old knees did complain a little when climbing the external & interior stairs with my luggage.

Stellar hospitality in a lovely Victorian home!

Prefer bacon crisp. Love sweet potato soup! Place was clean, noticed debris between coffee table and sofa. Vacuum rug thoroughly. Sofa is old but cushions could be refilled to provide better support.
