Twas a great time, location was mazing

We used to stay there every year but now the menu for the restaurant is pretty scarce-our room never got cleaned. No towels. Busted lamp shade. Air conditioner was super loud. Convenient to the Palace-but that was it for us. No more.

Biggest negative: rooms are smaller than almost all other downtown hotels. Not a bad choice for those looking to save a few bucks.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Valet parking was wonderful.

Great location if you are seeing a show at the Palace.

When a hotel serves free coffee to their guests, but I can’t get a free water, they’re not getting any 5 star rating! And on a four night stay, housekeeping only replaced towels on day two, even though info in the room said it would be serviced every two days.

Arrived 2 hours prior to regular check in time and was told that they have rooms but it would cost $50 to check in early. Meanwhile friends staying at the Marriott checked in without any problem

Front desk was very helpful and professional. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Property was clean and well maintained. There is a charge for parking but it is very convenient. The roof top bar was very nice and upscale with excellent staff. Room was clean and comfortable.

Nice place to stay and to have a good time around.

Security of property. Parking garage and outside area is extremely well lit. Walking to and from the nearby Mercury Ballroom for a show felt very safe.

Hotel was nice, quiet and room was very comfortable. Had small issue with bathroom at 1st but maintenance resolved right away.

Great location. Comfy bed. Staff very helpful. Desk employee Renee saw us going in a wrong direction for dinner and chased us down to point us in the right path!

The location was excellent! You could walk to several restaurants and shops. Our bathroom vent didn’t work and the rooms are a little outdated. The breakfast wasn’t that good and too expensive. The beds are very hard.

The shower leaked, the bed was firm and there were not enough pillows. The blanket was nice.

8up restaurant and bar! Even though I did the self park, the Valet was very helpful. The bathroom...toilet could use an update, bed was OK. Not enough light in rhe bedroom area.
