TV was not working very well but the rest was very good.

Dirty and we didn’t have water for almost 24 hours. The maintenance guys were great and worked hard to fix the issue.

Desk chair was terrible, asked for replacement, never got one.

The staff was very friendly and the location was fantastic! The only problem we had was our shower did not work, but they did adjust the rate of our stay to accommodate that issue.

Location was right next to the concert venue. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Loves the valet parking. We had the breakfast buffet and it was not good. Eggs were runny, they were out of several items. Would not eat it again.

Great, nice, clean hotel & close to the Louisville Palace, only a 2 minute walk.

Just staying for the night. Our room felt outdated and the curtains wouldn’t shut It was very bright. But room was sufficient for the night

The location was convenient to where I needed to be. The information that booking displayed in the policy doesn't match the policy of the property. ie: per booking parking is $20 a day no reservation needed. Per the hotel its $32 a day. Per Booking the holding fee is $50(one set fee). Per the hotel its $50 per night.

The staff were beyond rude and the traffic noise was crazy loud all night. The beds are uncomfortable

Great staff. Just around the corner from Louisville Palace. Clean rooms. Close to a few places to eat.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay if your seeing a show at the Louisville Palace! The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. The restaurant upstairs was very good!

Next stop restaurant. The menu on line was no longer available. The menu at the restaurant was only partially available. No steak, no salad, no ice tea to be ordered. I The computers were having issues causing the room keys not to work on day two. The television had no signal the majority of our stay. us. I’ve never had this many issues with one hotel stay.

AND THE PARKING WAS HORRIBLE

The ladies who assisted us checking in and out were so kind and helpful and the recommendation for brunch was really nice as well. They accommodated for our stay exceptionally well.
