Hilton Garden Inn Louisville Downtown

This hotel is the perfect place to stay if your seeing a show at the Louisville Palace! The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. The restaurant upstairs was very good!

Next stop restaurant. The menu on line was no longer available. The menu at the restaurant was only partially available. No steak, no salad, no ice tea to be ordered. I The computers were having issues causing the room keys not to work on day two. The television had no signal the majority of our stay. us. I’ve never had this many issues with one hotel stay.

AND THE PARKING WAS HORRIBLE

The ladies who assisted us checking in and out were so kind and helpful and the recommendation for brunch was really nice as well. They accommodated for our stay exceptionally well.

The location was great for our downtown Louisville experience

Despite being in downtown there’s lots of garbage and pee smell all over restaurant and bars close early even for weekends and overall probably a place I would not go back to but that’s just me personally I like to feel safe and have fun while on vacation while taking a walk to the local CVS let’s just say it was an adventure heavy night action lots of bums hidden in between buildings and harassing you for money

No pen, no paper to write down places to go in the room. May be done with all Hilton Hotels. Not what they used to be !

Excellent place

We were kept up by partners until 4:30 in the morning. When we left, there was crime scene tape and police all over. Saw a roach walk across the lobby floor. More than once there was no one at the front desk for assistance. Food on the eighth floor was good but not great. So overall, it was okay but not great.

Twas a great time, location was mazing

The location was great and the staff did so good, even when the fire alarms were going off.

We used to stay there every year but now the menu for the restaurant is pretty scarce-our room never got cleaned. No towels. Busted lamp shade. Air conditioner was super loud. Convenient to the Palace-but that was it for us. No more.

Biggest negative: rooms are smaller than almost all other downtown hotels. Not a bad choice for those looking to save a few bucks.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Valet parking was wonderful.
