The toilet in our room seemed to be made up of mismatched parts. The lid and tank top did not fit correctly

The room was clean, but the bathroom layout was tight. Barely enough room to open bathroom door so close to toilet.

The property was clean, comfortable and had all the basic necessities. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, there were multiple options including eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. The indoor pool claimed to be heated online but was ice cold and it was kind of dirty, there was some stuff floating around inside of it. the AC unit in the room was leaking so we had to use a couple of our towels on the floor

Parking right outside our door on the ground floor was a plus

The staff at check in and check out was very nice. The only bad things about this hotel was that, we weren't told the hours of breakfast being served, the shampoo they provide in the shower was not good, as it took a lot of it to even wash my hair clean. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling from the room above, as the person in that room was showering. I made sure to let the staff know at check out about that issue. The beds were it very comfortable. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and it was very clean

toilet seat didn't match the bowl, could not pee without having to hold seat, tank float needs to be replaced, doesn't work all the time drains need to be snaked, slow to drain Shawty workmanship on laying tile floor, cut to small around toilet, missing grout on threshold, finish painting around door frame. WALKED AWAY AND LEFT UNFINISHED!!! Floor by A/C unit has deep scaring, needs to be address or at least rub out the black scrape marks tub looks like the original, scrapes marks makes it look unclean. Also I requested a walk in shower and was told you didn't have any, even though the pictures of your room shows them. A little deceiving? Take pictures out if you don't have them Got to experience a tornado warning at 5:00 am, front desk didn't seemed to concerned wasn't any shelter in place instructions For a place that HAS TORNADOS LOOKS LIKE NOBODY CARES HOW IT LOOKS!!! 1st impression means alot to me Almost spend the night and canceled the rest of my stay.
