Tv remote not working l. The bathroom door know not working. The phone was unplugged. The bathroom stinks. The bathroom sheets are old.

Hallways needed to be vacuumed.

The issue is this; we got room 108. The first night we had a constant human pacer and item dropper either in room 208 or 210. We also heard a dog running and playing very clearly as all the rooms seems to have LVP or laminate flooring. The dog also barked several times between 11pm and 5am. The second night it seemed that the human occupant were out as the fog howled several times… again hardly any sleep. The human returned about 5am and the dog went ballistic… then the item dropping started again… very little sleep. Upon checkout I mentioned this to the desk person and he confirmed that there is a long term resident in the room above us. Lastly, The grass around then parking area is littered with dog poop… It look like this hotel attracts dog lovers that have no intent to accept the responsibility of cleaning up behind their dogs. The hotel is actually good for the rate… however, management should look into the long term resident, likely a staff member that leave his dig unattended and get him to pick the mountains of poop up. Do not believe the AI generated reviews about the great breakfast… it is NOT. And now you will respond with the typical reply thanking me for my stay and that you will take care of the concerns…lol

very clean with a friendly staff...I felt very safe staying there as a solo female traveler.

The only thing I thought that may need addressed is from the 3rd floor. Ice machine didn’t work, no signs either. Looking out the window, the air conditioning on the roof looked trashy with loose metals and debris. Very few towels in the pool area. My kids loved the hotel! Pool was great, Breakfast was good, it was clean and staff was pleasant.

Had adjoining room door that did not block sound from room next door. They turned volume on tv up to max all night long. Requested staff ask them to turn it down. They turned it down an imperceptible amount. I had two children (8 and 3) in with the two adult grandparents. Worse sleeping experience of my life. Do not understand why staff did not do more about the noise. Do not understand how the adjoining door could seem to provide zero insulation from the noise. Will not stay here again due to the very bad experience.

Room was good, clean and love the vinyl flooring, no carpet. Outside area needs some cleaning and updating. Breakfast was ok, very limited choices and small dining area. Very slow at keeping food items filled.

The room was dirty, hair in shower and bathroom floor. Office and sitting chair were dirty. Manager called and offered me a free night and cleaned room and apologized. Overall made it right

The toilet in our room seemed to be made up of mismatched parts. The lid and tank top did not fit correctly

The staff at check in and check out was very nice. The only bad things about this hotel was that, we weren't told the hours of breakfast being served, the shampoo they provide in the shower was not good, as it took a lot of it to even wash my hair clean. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling from the room above, as the person in that room was showering. I made sure to let the staff know at check out about that issue. The beds were it very comfortable. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and it was very clean

The room was clean as well as the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was good but the selection was less then what we have had at other facilities
