Staybridge Suites - Louisville - East by IHG

The room was very dusty when we arrived. The carpet had a dirty odor. Either needs to be washed or change. Towels need to be replaced as we had some that were ripped. Complementary breakfast was great. We were glad we didn’t need to pay for parking this time we visited.

This was a nice stay on a recent visit. My only complaint about this room was that the room had an unpleasant odor when we walked in the door. It smelled a little like smoke and the air was just stale in there. The location was a little far from everything we needed. Altogether the staff were very friendly, the place was clean, the beds were soft.

Our check-in was delayed until near 4pm because there were no room ready when we arrived at 3:20 pm. When we got to our room, the floor in the bedroom was wet from a leak from the AC, so we had to change rooms. When we got to our new room, I quickly discovered that the room was not that clean. There was food debris in the microwave, dried smeared ketchup outside of the fridge, a dried old cookie on the floor, and a few large ants running around. I didn't want to complain about the room though, because we already had to move all of our stuff already to the second room, so we just sucked it up. My family found that the breakfast was good, especially for the price. However, one of the workers told my daughter that she didn't know where the plates were and walked away. Regardless, the staff, especially Connie, was very nice and apologetic with all the problems. I'm grateful that she did get us a new room because I would rather deal with dirtiness, than a wet carpet. Fortunately the room did come with some good amenities (i.e. Dish soap, dish cloth and towel, a few pieces of cutlery, a refrigerator and icemaker, and more). Plus, Connie mentioned to me that they had a gas grill by the pool and grilling equipment if we wanted to use it. She truly was a very gracious and welcoming front desk assistant. Overall, we had a pretty decent stay.

Very dirty and many things broken (toilet, pool, moldings), staff not able to help at all. Property overall is in very poor condition. I most definitely do NOT recommend staying here. Also room for 4 people does not have room for 4.

There was a full sized fridge and kitchen with a stovetop and microwave. The fridge bottom shelf was leaking but other than that, no issues. It was great to be able to cook meals and save on take out. The room was a good size, but the photos do make it look larger than it is. The pullout couch is a twin, so be mindful of that. Bedroom area was large but you have to go through there to get to the washroom. There was no issue on our end with that, just something to be mindful of. There was a good variety of options for their breakfast, but they did run out of a few items a couple days in a row. Seating area is large but does not provide enough spots.

It had decent amenities but the bathroom door was filthy,

The common areas were good. The room needed work. Bathroom sink facet sprayed sideways. The bathroom door was very hard to close. The couch side was shredded. The garbage disposal stunk and i e maker did not work. Staff was friendly. Breakfast bar was yummy and outside pool area was nice.

Clean and safe. Will stay here again!

Rather bizarre that you have to request for the room to be cleaned. Staff was present maybe half the time. Breakfast wasn’t great. Mystery stains on the walls in the rooms. Overall it’s clean and a fine stay

Rooms aren't cleaned properly. Walls and doors had hand prints , dirt all over . Bath tub was nasty had to clean out myself . Other than that it's quite and staff is nice .

Great stay. Food was really good at breakfast. Kids loved the pool!

The staff were very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the pool area was very nice. The community spaces are nice. The bathroom needed some updating. Overall it was a great stay.

Convenient location, friendly/helpful staff, clean rooms

Great service. Stayed for 6 nights. Breakfast was good and the social was a nice option.

Location was great, staff was friendly, good breakfast, and free guest laundry. Needed a little TLC here and there, but overall was clean and well cared for.
