Staybridge Suites - Louisville - East by IHG

Generally looking tired with small areas not maintained (broken sink, broken faucet, problematic door entry locks)

The breakfast was excellent. There was a lot of variety. The hot foods were hot and the cold food were cold and everything was very fresh and tasty and in ample supply. The bathroom door did not fully close and the bathroom did not have a ventilation fan. Also, on our last morning the construction project was very noisy.

Clean room, pleasant staff (especially the breakfast hostess). Breakfast was also really good. Quiet, cozy and convenient

Exceptional

Exactly what I was hoping for

Good

Very good

Great location for our purpose, good breakfast very good staff, great pool.

I made the front desk lady aware of it half way through the stay and all I got was “ I’m sorry about that”. Also be aware that breakfast ends promptly at 9:30 and whatever is left the staff will take and eat😳even if you are dishing up. I found that a bit off putting. We did experience some very friendly front office people and some not as nice. Hotel definitely needs a face lift. The bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was excellent and the pool was nice, just wish it was deeper That they only have single bed rooms, when I booked i was under the impression that it was double beds not 1 double bed. The remote to tv was barely working

Great place to stay

Great stay

Exceptional

I was really looking forward to staying at this location because of reviews. Now I wonder if the bad ones are deleted..? Only positive part of our stay was the breakfast and some of the staff. The wonderful black lady that works the morning shift and Amber were amazing. Steven the night guy, customer service is definitely not his calling. Overall, I always try to take the positive from so much negative. My honest review.

So property is being removed in August There were some things that needed fixing but it’s all being ripped out anyways The breakfast buffet was excellent though Yum yum biscuits and gravy

Superb

Everything was really great everything

Superb

The room was very dusty when we arrived. The carpet had a dirty odor. Either needs to be washed or change. Towels need to be replaced as we had some that were ripped. Complementary breakfast was great. We were glad we didn’t need to pay for parking this time we visited.
