Outside looks nice inside is nasty

The motel is dog friendly, but the dog across the corridor from us barked all night long. And there was no phone in the room to call the front desk to report the noise. Bad experience all aroubd. And for this we paid $95?!?

The front desk staff was incredible- we got new towels every day from the nicest cleaning lady she was so sweet- second year we stayed here and I already booked for next year!

Stayed here a few years ago and it was great! However this time, it seems there was a management change and just not as well taken care of. We didn’t necessarily have any issues, it was just a place to lay our heads at post festival shows, so for all intents and purposes it fulfilled the need.

Toilet seat in my room needs replaced as its getting older looking.

It just be the little things like one time you check into a nice room with a nice ass refrigerator the next time you check in to the room literally you left that morning but came back that night the refrigerator is gone replace with refrigerator that doesn't work sometimes the outside door works sometimes it doesn't other than that nice hotel very nice people very nice location

Great place to stay for a night whilst travelling

Nice staff on site, bed was fine. No amenities in bathroom, hot water did not last long. There were ants in my room and it was carpeted

Hallways and stairwell carpets dirty, room's A/C vent broken and dirty, had to pull the filter out myself and spread off and clean it. Room also had a couple broken lights that should have been repaired and the cushion by the window needed to be cleaned

Nice, quiet room. Comfy bed and ample hot water. Friendly staff as well as helpful. Plenty of options for food choices with the restaurants available in the area.

They did not have a pool

The staff was friendly, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The carpet and air conditioner seemed dirty, the USB charging ports were not easily accessible, and the hallways had an unpleasant smell. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve future guests’ experiences.
