Nice staff on site, bed was fine. No amenities in bathroom, hot water did not last long. There were ants in my room and it was carpeted

Nice, quiet room. Comfy bed and ample hot water. Friendly staff as well as helpful. Plenty of options for food choices with the restaurants available in the area.

The staff was friendly, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The carpet and air conditioner seemed dirty, the USB charging ports were not easily accessible, and the hallways had an unpleasant smell. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve future guests’ experiences.

It was very compact, and we have much luggage. Breakfast good but basic. Had to remake bed, because housekeeping had only laid folded sheet over bed without tucking in then covered with spread.

I didn’t even have a lamp in the room. It was not clean. Would never of showered there.

Very budget. Terrible soap. Laminate on toilet seat pulled away/off so seat was rough plastic. Missing smoke detector, just wires. Missing remote. Once I realized yes it is suppose to have one I asked for it and they accommodated. Air conditioning unit full of snack food type debris and didn’t cool like it should. Couldn’t sleep because the room stayed hot. It acted more like just a fan. Breakfast was a joke. Fake juice, machines didn’t work. No real options for diabetics, gluten free or keto. This is one hotel that was cheaper but I feel it didn’t live up to even that price. Shower had good hot water though. That was a plus.
