This hotel smelled of weed everyday. No matter what time of day. The staff that was welcoming was the White mom. The others were very rude and didn't care! No one should be treated like a dog or worse! Please do not come to this hotel! Do not even book it anywhere on any social media site!

Bedbugs were found in the room. I have pictures and videos of them after being accused of bringing them. There are bedbug carcasses in the bed frame. I have never been more disrespected by a hotel chain in my life. Do not stay here! They will not accommodate anything!!

I had a terrific stay and the staff were super friendly and helpful. But when I woke up with mysterious bites all over me, I did my research. I have several videos and pictures of the copious amounts of bed bugs in my sheets. I brought it to management attention and again were super helpful. However, after staying several nights before the discovery, we were only compensated for ONE! So beyond furious! Just do better people. That is all.

Amenities were good. There were ants everywhere including in the bed. The shower was not clean and the furniture was old in general.

Clean rooms staff was real cool. Breakfast could’ve been a whole lot better. They didn’t have too much of nothing. Plenty of things around restaurants and everything.

I couldn't get the wifi to work AT ALL my entire stay. Other than that it was great.

It was close to our conference we were attending. The building reeked of smells of cigarettes, weed, mold and other smells. It is very run down and everything is so old. The first room that we were booked into smelled horrific and had broken furniture. Then we were given another room and that room had paint peeling off the ceiling, the sofa had material falling off of it, the TV and Wi-Fi service was horrible. If you wanted better service, you had to pay for a package. The light in the bedroom didn’t work. Very few outlets to plug into. The atlas that were available were literally falling off of the wall. Illegal activity constantly happening in the parking lot when we would pull in late at night. Drug addicts trying to get into the building following us trying to get in behind us. It advertised breakfast included and all it was was coffee and grab and go muffins. Very disappointing. Did not feel safe at this property at all. We ended up leaving a day early And booking somewhere else.

The facility was old and run down leaving me feeling depressed, so we did not spend even one night. Years ago I stayed for a week while moving to a new house. It was fine then but that was 30 some years ago and it doesn't look as though anything has been done to it. Pretty much everything it smelled musty and dank. The staff was friendly and nice so I felt badly about having to check out so soon.

Little highway noise, but that happens. No issues with checking in/out. Would use again. Ample space for a longer type stay and ac worked amazingly.

Cobwebs, drawers screwed shut, phone no working, air conditioner kicks in sounds like a 1950 generator.
