One of the biggest inconveniences was that there isn’t overnight staff at the front desk like you would find at a traditional hotel. If your key card stops working, which can happen if it’s placed near your phone, you have to use the lobby phone to contact customer service, who then has to send someone to the property. Since you need a working key card to enter the building at night, this can be frustrating. The property also had a slight odor throughout the hallways. It wasn’t a bad or unpleasant smell, but it didn’t have that fresh, clean scent you typically expect from a hotel. The smell was more noticeable if the air conditioning wasn’t running. My room had a few stains on the flooring, which made it feel less clean than I would have liked. I also wasn’t a fan of the housekeeping policy. They don’t provide daily room service, so if you need fresh towels, you have to take your used towels to the front desk and exchange them yourself. I appreciated having a kitchenette, but I didn’t feel like the stove and kitchen area were maintained well enough for me to feel comfortable cooking, so I chose not to use them. Overall, I think this is a reasonable option if you’re traveling on a budget or need an extended stay with your family. However, if you’re looking for the amenities and service of a traditional hotel, this may not be the best fit.

Other than that, we were disappointed. We were given a room with a full bed. (Really? My husband is 6’ 2”). After my shower, I discovered no hairdryer. Husband had to go to the desk. It was a stay suite, but we had to ask for two drinking glasses. One of the worst parts was, despite clearly posted No Smoking signs outside the front door, we had to walk through smoke to reach the entrance most times. Lastly, though the website said “Breakfast included,” we learned on check-in that it was Grab-n-Go. All they offered was packaged muffins and dry oatmeal packs. The coffee was mediocre and the only creamer or cream was vanilla flavored. We had counted on a more substantial breakfast, as we were headed to compete at the Bluegrass State Games.

Took all or luggage to the 2nd floor only to find the room had not been cleaned. Haver us another room on the 3rd floor. Difficult to do when you have a handicapped kid. The luggage carts were impossible to maneuver. 1 had rails not attached the other had wheels that wouldn't roll easily. Not a great experience.

This hotel smelled of weed everyday. No matter what time of day. The staff that was welcoming was the White mom. The others were very rude and didn't care! No one should be treated like a dog or worse! Please do not come to this hotel! Do not even book it anywhere on any social media site!

Bedbugs were found in the room. I have pictures and videos of them after being accused of bringing them. There are bedbug carcasses in the bed frame. I have never been more disrespected by a hotel chain in my life. Do not stay here! They will not accommodate anything!!

I had a terrific stay and the staff were super friendly and helpful. But when I woke up with mysterious bites all over me, I did my research. I have several videos and pictures of the copious amounts of bed bugs in my sheets. I brought it to management attention and again were super helpful. However, after staying several nights before the discovery, we were only compensated for ONE! So beyond furious! Just do better people. That is all.

Amenities were good. There were ants everywhere including in the bed. The shower was not clean and the furniture was old in general.

Clean rooms staff was real cool. Breakfast could’ve been a whole lot better. They didn’t have too much of nothing. Plenty of things around restaurants and everything.
