The stay was nice

The front desk lady was very nice! There was no complimentary breakfast. Will stay there again due to awesome, previous visits. Just do away with the roaches and ask the motorcycle guests to gather out back!

Check in clerk was very helpful. Was disappointed there was no breakfast buffet and the menu was pretty limited. Also we were told at check in that the hotel does have a bar but it was not busy so they closed early. We checked in at 8:00 pm.

This hotel was outstanding and I can truly say they are firing on all cylinders. Staff and accommodations were simply amazing.

The hotel stay was great. The rooms were clean and the area was very convenient. The outdoor area and pool was very nice. My only complaint is the breafast was not great. It had way less choices than other Hilton Garden Inn's.

The only complaint is breakfast is not a free. Even though I’m a Hilton member.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and as a female solo traveler I felt very safe.

Called the night before to let them know we would be arriving at 2am. Irma, as well as night and day staff, were wonderful to deal with.

This was mine and my sons favorite hotel, very clean, breakfast was excellent, it was in a perfect location and the staff were amazing. I will be staying here again.

The hospitality of the staff was amazing. Everyone we encountered were exceedingly excellent in customer service including the cooks.

The staff was great to deal with. Rooms were clean and well took care of. The bed was nice needs new pillows. In a great location. Will stay here again next year.

Parking was easy. We booked a double room and the front desk girl said she overbooked so 3 of us had to stay in a King bed. She also said they’d give the first night free for the inconvenience and that they’d switch our room the next morning to two beds like I booked … only she lied, I didn’t get my first night free, the next morning she wasn’t there like she said and we didn’t switch rooms either! Our bathroom was handicap which would be fine if it was clean. It was all open; smelled like smoke so bad in it. We were there for a sports event for the weekend and it was not a good experience.
